MINIMUM ORDER: $ No mixed patterns in case. No additional charge for drop ship, only shipping charges incurred. 3. SHIPMENT: If special routing is desired, please specify on every order. Otherwise, shipment will be made in the most economical and direct manner. 4. CREDIT: A bank reference and three vendor references must be supplied to establish a credit line. 5. RETURNS: All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ISSUED BY EVANS SPORTS, INC. Returns must be shipped prepaid with authorization number on the outside package label; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Request to return defective merchandise must indicate the specific nature of the defect for EACH item you wish to return. Return merchandise is accepted for our inspection and does not constitute acceptance or settlement of a claim. Credit will only be issued for merchandise found to be defective. 6. SHORTAGES: Reports of shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Credit cannot be given after this time period. 7. DAMAGES: Since all shipments are F.O.B. shipping point, any loss or damage IN TRANSIT must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of goods and claim filed with same. 8. GUARANTEE: We guarantee our products against defects in material or workmanship for indoor use. Our working mechanisms, hardware, and wooden accessories are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of one year from delivery date. Claims under our product guarantee must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase. 9. LEAD TIME: 2-3 Weeks for stock items. 2-4 Weeks for custom items. Lead Time is calculated from receipt (in our office) of the purchase order and artwork required for custom orders. 10. RUSH ORDERS: If our lead time does not accommodate you PLEASE CALL US. There are instances when rush orders are possible. 11. REQUESTS FOR QUOTATION ON CUSTOM ITEMS: Any quotation covers quantities, materials, and finishes as noted.
