3 IS FEEDING TOUGH PARTS A PROBLEM? Let Wilkerson Automation answer your questions. You need honest answers to your feeding problems, not a sales job. We can show you how tough parts can be fed. We will answer questions regarding bowl size, rate, down angles, high speed drives, sorting different sizes, different coatings available etc.

4 We take great pride in the custom tooling of our vibratory feeders and related equipment. Each job regardless of size is thoroughly inspected to ensure that it complies with our customer s requirement, free of jams or misoriented parts and is of the highest possible quality. All of our equipment is warranted against defects in material and craftsmanship for a full year from date of shipment.

5 Tables Tables are constructed to customer specifications All shapes and sizes are available. Legs are 2-1/2 to 3 square tubing for rigidity. Leveling pads, lugs for floor mounting or both are available; please specify which preferred. Table tops may be from hot roll steel, cold roll steel, aluminum or any other material. Panels, panels with louvers, single or double doors are available to make an attractive enclosed base. These tables are used to mount feeder bowls and can also be used as machine bases. Please include table length, width, and height from the floor when ordering. Include sketch if any irregular shapes or cutouts are desired.

6 3 CUBIC FOOT AUXILIARY STORAGE HOPPER Standard Storage Hoppers are priced complete with proxy sensor and mounting bar. Special sizes, shapes, and material will be quoted upon request. All components of our manufacture carry a ONE year warranty.

8 FIELD SERVICE AND SUPERVISION RATES (Monday through Friday) per 8 hour day, PLUS expenses (meals, miles, lodging) per hour over 8 hours a day. 3. Minimum charge of 8 hours per service call, plus expenses. 4. Minimum charge of 4 hours per day after the first day. 5. The per day charge will be from the time our technician leaves our plant until they arrive back. This excludes bad weather delays; in this case we will make adjustments for reasonable travel time. 6. Travel expenses, lodging, and meals will be billed at actual cost. (Saturday through Sunday) per 8 hour day, PLUS expenses (meals, miles, lodging) per hour over 8 hours a day. 3. Minimum charge of 8 hours per service call, plus expenses. 4. Minimum charge of 4 hours per day after the first day. 5. The per day charge will be from the time our technician leaves our plant until they arrive back. This excludes bad weather delays; in this case we will make adjustments for reasonable travel time. 6. Travel expenses, motel, and meals will be billed at actual cost. These Rates are to cover the services of one of our technicians to supervise and/or assist with the installation/repair of equipment.
