3 NOXON BIKE PRODUCTS TECHNOLOGIES ASYMMETRIC RIM ASYMMETRIC RIM The asymmetric section of the rim ensures to minimize the the spokes tension difference between the drive side and nondrive side. The rim asymmetry improves steadiness providing greater riding precision, low alignment degradation and shorter maintenance intervals. BEARING OVERSIZE BEARING Noxon hubs use oversized high quality bearings. The wheel s smoothness is directly proportional to the bearing quality and endurance level of hub parts. Large bearings perform better under static and dynamic loads, offering longer service life and reduced rolling resistance. CHANNEL WIDTH OVERSIZED WHEEL CHANNEL WIDTH The internal width of the larger rim contains an increased volume of air inside the tire to reduce the operating pressure while maintaining a low rolling resistance. The increased air volume ensures grip over obstacles and absorbs bumps. We have elaborated the best internal width suitable for every discipline (XC, Enduro, DH, Road). ADJUSTMENT PROCESS ADJUSTMENT PROCESS The adjustment process procedure applied to Noxon wheels during the initial assembly strives to eliminate the need to readjust the product due to a loss of alignment after initial use. The induced adjustment let to increase spoke tension, to guarantee rigidity and extend wheel s performance. Adjustment is implemented during the production phase using a hydraulic press, stretching the Noxon wheel at the spoke junction in a uniform way to achieve the best setting. TUBELESS READY Tubeless tires are puncture and pinching resistant. They are also capable of performing effectively with lower operating pressures. Noxon tubeless systems have been developed to fit any tubeless tire: UST or Tubeless Ready. All this is possible due to the widened rim diameter and bead retention profile. HOOKLESS Hookless rims do not present the typical J-shaped overturned hook; their edges are straight. Advantages are: improved impact resistance on the wheel lip, better tubeless system retention and bead retention. 4 5

21 CRASH REPLACEMENT WARRANTY The CRASH REPLACEMENT service consists in the substitution of a damaged wheel with a brand new one of the same or higher level at an accessible price. Wheels damaged in incidents not covered by regular warranty within the period of validity, can be replaced with up to 50% discount from the list price. Our goal is to imbue riders with peace of mind, and encourage them to use our Noxon wheels the way they are intended. We aim to create an excellent maintenance service with fast and efficient assistance. With our Crash Replacement program, in case of an accident you can have your Noxon wheel replaced and keep enjoying the Noxon products backed by the people who developed it, without resorting to warranty invalidating methods. We are confident in the quality of Noxon Bike products and take pride in our work. For this reason, we offer 3 years WARRANTY against defects in material & workmanship. To activate and extend the validity period it is necessary to register the product at the official website Noxon Bike will deliver a replacement or repair of the registered product free of charge at the company s discretion. 22 WHEEL ASSEMBLY TECHNIQUE Our wheels are ASSEMBLED BY CERTIFIED SPECIALISTS to offer maximum quality. Based on the intended use of the wheel we use spokes Made in Italy and anodized or brass Sapim Polyax nipples to achieve lightweight and performance. Sapim Polyax nipples, due to their refined shape, provide the perfect orientation of the spoke to the hub flanges, favoring unidirectional traction forces. Our wheels are the culmination of a multitude of tests on materials and suppliers to deliver to our customers a reliable and technologically competitive product. The wheels are subsequently subject to an adjustment process for two purposes: To eliminate the preliminary unpleasant selfsetting during first uses, which can lead to the alignment loss and unevenness in the spoke tension. To increase the spoke tension and guarantee rigidity and efficiency. The adjustment process procedure is conducted by a hydraulic press with computer controlled pressure. This allows to set at different pressures on the wheel based on the specific wheel diameter and intended use. The adjustment process consists in a Teflon disc pushes the wheel towards the spoke junction; after completing the procedure, the best adjustment is achieved. The production process is terminated with an accurate manual control of the wheel centering and camber. We are able to achieve perfect assembly that guarantees high stiffness and stability with low maintenance intervals
