Top 2: Presence New members of the standard commission: The Netherlands and France. Now the standard commission consists as follows: Heinz Hochuli (Switzerland), Klaus Weber (Germany), Dieter Hopfinger (Austria), Hans Daniel (France) and Dirk Verburg from the Netherlands. Top 5: Admission of new members As new member countries the bird's associations of Belgium and Denmark are taken up on Saturday Top 6: Division European champions There is in every European champion's group also a youth group. Furthermore the possibility was got in every department not to give full European groups in a collective class. The new European champion's divisions are to be found on the homepage. Top 7: Assignment of the European masters The European champion will award like the world champion on looking COM. That is: A bird of at least 90 points has, European champion can become. The European champion's class must be placed from first up to the last place. There are no more ten 2nd places. The first bird must have a point more than the second-placed. 2., 3., 4., etc. can be same to point, however, must be gradated with an order. This application was decided unanimously. 3

(Not like already once announced all classes cited with the COM) Top 8: Judge's representatives The judge's chairpersons for the EE - show are for great parakeets Heinz Hochuli, Colorbred Canaries Dirk Verburg, Figure Canaries Klaus Weber, Cardueliden - Prof. Werner Stanek, finchhybrid - Prof. Werner Stanek, budgies and exotic Dieter Hopfinger. All judges are defeated by their instructions. Among the rest, they are responsible for a correct assessment expiry and must countersign all winner and exclusion animals. Furthermore the judge's representatives are legible for and are responsible correctly satisfactory assessment lists. These are signed by them with a completely valued Europachampionklasse, with all note, how European champion and European champion provided and in the exhibition office delivered. Judge's representatives are obliged to be present during the whole show course (delivery day up to the delivery). Top 9: Assessment maps On European shows are used assessment maps standard drawee. A revaluation on 93 points in the European champion's class can occur only in the presence of the acting judge's representative. The revaluation on 94 points for the European champion is effected by the acting judges under the chairmanship of the judge's representative. (Changes or enlargements or supplements are to be directed by means of application to the standard commission.) Top 11: Report oft he EE Judges seminar FP 2014 Klaus Weber brings closer details to this point during the meeting of section birds. Top 12: EE Judges Training Judge's trainings are also carried out in future. Daniel Hans from France makes the proposal for 2016 in France to carry out an Agapornis-judge's training. Appointment will be announced. Dieter Hopfinger agrees to organise in 2017 a judge's training EE for exotics in Austria. A judge's training for all sections is not possible for organizational reasons. Top 13: Scheduled race-related European Championship 2014 Wels 4

5 Under the direction of Dieter Hopfinger who organised the first European show EE for birds already in 2000 with the European show EE in Wels in Austria and led Austria has held birds on the 20./ a race drawee Europaschau for the sections "colour budgeries" and "Cardueliden" also for the first time in the section. Top 17: Suggestions and Requests The chairperson of the standard commission Heinz Hochuli makes the proposal to purchase a pennon in the form of Austria, for the European champion. Supplement: The chairman of the section birds Klaus Weber would donate to the European champion Specialist books about Figure Canaries. With the section meeting Heinz Hochuli will hand over the EE -judge's badge to Klaus Weber D and August Lorenz A. The EE -judge's badge was handed to Dieter Hopfinger A already with the European race expositions race in Wels. The other judges who already fulfil the demands can be submitted about the respective regional chairman in writing to Heinz Hochuli.
