3 New programme for Young People Collectively Young People refers to various categories, from post confirmation to the age of 35 which are Youth Young parents, both male and female Young married couples Young divorcees and/or widows/widowers Our new programme will be called Young People in Christ

4 New programme for Young People The Motto In Him we live and move Guiding principles Living in Christ (formal/spiritual/motivational activities etc.) and Moving in Christ (informal activities/outings/excursions etc.) Activities are interest based all are welcome to any arranged activities

10 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) What will the seating arrangements be for disabled young people and ministers? The stadium has designated areas for the disabled. Please report to the medical stand on arrival at the stadium to be directed. What is the closing date for the registrations? Registrations will close on 31 August Will food and drinks be on sale at the stadium on the Saturday? Yes there will be food and drinks on sale. Please bring cash along to purchase any items. Please limit bags taken to the stadium no food can be taken into the stadium Can we bring food with on the Sunday? No. Only bottled water. At this stage no official goody bags will be provided or on sale. Some congregations are preparing goody bags for their visitors considering the long travel back home.

11 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Will any volunteers be required? Yes, there will be volunteers required. An official meeting for volunteers will be conducted once the plans have been finalized. All volunteers will need to purchase their own tickets and complete registration. The emergency services section (security and medics) for the 2 days as per the rules of the stadium and the guidance of the appointed safety officer has been contracted out. Can anyone sell food and/or other types of products at the stadium? Unfortunately not as we have to comply with the rules and regulations of the stadium and City of Cape Town including health and safety regulations. Contracting out the supply of vendors will be done.
