3 LIVING IN HOTEL/HOSTEL and in THE SPORT CENTERS REMEMBER THESE FEW SIMPLE RULES!!! IT S FORBIDDEN, IN THE SPORT CENTERS: 1. DRINKING ANY KIND OF ALCOHOLICS BEVERAGES (BEER, WINE, VODKA, WHISKY) 2. SMOKING CIGARETTES 3. BREAKING GLASSES 1. During the whole event any student or participant who willingly, grossly, or negligently damages anything will be held fully responsible for the complete amount of the damage(s) inflicted. 2. EUROSPORTEVENTS A.S.D. cannot and will not take any responsibility for either sports related accidents or self-inflicted accidents, thefts or losses of any kind. Please make sure to take care and look after your personal belongings yourself. RULES: Respect you are expected to behave appropriately. Please do not make noise when coming into the hostel/hotel from the parties or damage things in the Hostel/Hotel. Food & Beverages take care while handling food and drinks at the sport centers. Fairplay in order for everyone to enjoy the games, to guarantee equal chances and to secure your participation in the 4 th World InterUniversities Championships, please be aware that Fairplay is requested from everyone. Please keep in mind: it s a game, we don t want you to seriously hurt each other. Friendship at 4 th World InterUniversities Championships we would like to create an atmosphere of friendship, camaraderie and understanding among participating universities. This implies treating each other respectfully. Tolerance We just want everything to be perfect, but the organization of 4 th World InterUniversities Championships could suffer setbacks and unexpected events and/or delays in matches if you fail to respect the timetables, therefore: be patient and flexible in your standing! Communication there will be a Help Desk where only the heads of delegations or team leaders can inquire and ask our staff information about the matches and the whole event, to avoid queues and to work efficiently. Please understand that we reserve the right to exclude participants who are strongly violating these general rules of behaviour in order to ensure an environment in which everybody may feel relaxed and comfortable.

6 AWARDS AND CONTRIBUTION TO THE BEST UNIVERSITIES: 1 ST PLACE: CHALLENGE CUP + A CHEQUE OF 1.500,00 2 ND PLACE: A CHEQUE OF 1.000,00 3 RD PLACE: A CHEQUE OF 700,00 4 TH PLACE: A CHEQUE OF 500,00 5 TH PLACE: A CHEQUE OF 300,00 (The cheques have to be used for the registration of the university to the 5 th World InterUniversities Championships) FOR EACH CHAMPIONSHIP: 1 ST PLACE: TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS + CHEQUE of 500,00 euros to be used for the registration to the 5 th World InterUniversities Championships (for football male, futsal male and female, basketball male and female, volleyball male and female, handball male and female, rugby 7 s male, swimming mix, cheerleading dance contest) TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS + CHEQUE of 300,00 euros to be used for the registration to the 5 th World InterUniversities Championships (for tennis mix, tennis table mix, badminton mix) 2 ND - 3 RD - 4 TH PLACE: CUP + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS Promotional Sport: Waterpolo male, Rugby 7 s female, Chess: they will not concur in the University Final Ranking and will have only Trophy, Cups and Medals for the best 4 teams Important for Tennis, Tennis Table, Badminton and Swimming Championships: the first, second and third places in each tournament (single male, single female, double mix for tennis, tennis table and badminton) or in each race (for swimming) will be rewarded with medals, directly on the sport center at the end of the competition. The Best 4 Universities in the summation of the 3 tournaments or of all races, will be rewarded also during the Awards Ceremony, at the end of all Championships. For each sport: UNIVERSITIES FINAL RANKING 1 ST place - 10 POINTS; 2 ND - 7 POINTS; 3 RD - 5 POINTS; 4 TH - 3 POINTS 5 th place - 6 th place - 7 th place - 8 th place: 1 POINT Championships organization is the exclusive competence of EUROSPORTEVENTS STAFF. The enrolment at the tournament implies the complete adherence and acceptance of these Regulations. EUROSPORTEVENTS A.S.D. declines all responsibility for incidental accidents. The Referees are entrusted to the organizing staff and to the players fair play.
