3 ANZ STADIUM CONTACTS Our Catering & Hospitality Services department will service all your needs from the distribution of ticketing and event parking, to the circulation of specific event enews right through to the coordination of your catering options. If you have any questions in relation to your Private Suite please or call (02) MEET OUR CATERING & HOSPITALITY SERVICES TEAM Kristen Nock Senior Manager, Catering & Hospitality Services An industry professional for over 20 years, Kristen joined the Stadium team in January 2003 from The Westin in Sydney s CBD. As an Events Manager for Sodexho (The Stadium s external catering company at the time) Kristen was responsible for servicing the Stadium s Members and Corporates in the area of Food and Beverage. In September 2004, Kristen broadened her scope at Sodexho by taking on the primary task of managing the marketing and sales of the catering business at the Stadium. Over the years Kristen s role has evolved but one thing hasn t changed, the focus on the customer. Kristen s role manages all interaction between the Stadium and our Corporate clients, Members and Event Partners to ensure not only the very best in end-to-end service but a great Event Day experience for you and your guests. Laura Harris Senior Coordinator, Catering & Hospitality Services Laura started her career in hospitality at ANZ Stadium in 2003 where she joined as a casual bar attendant. Two years later Laura commenced full time employment for Sodexho as a Catering Coordinator for The Open Corporate Boxes and Private Suites. With experience ranging from food and beverage operations right through to the sale of functions, Laura s experience is an invaluable asset for ANZ Stadium. Laura s role assists with the management of interaction between the Stadium and its Corporate clients and Event Partners more specifically The Zone Box and Private Suite Holders. To put it simply, Laura will be ready to help you with anything you need as a voice at the other end of the phone. Michelle Profilio Senior Coordinator, Catering & Hospitality Services Michelle started her employment at ANZ Stadium joining the casual team as a suite attendant in In late 2009 Michelle commenced a full time role of Coordinator in the Catering and Hospitality team. Michelle provides hands on operational experience and knowledge of the Stadiums corporate areas, which is an asset to the team. Michelle s role assists with the interaction between the Stadium and its corporate Private Suite and Zone Box clients. Michelle will provide a friendly face and a welcoming voice at the other end of the phone and is ready to help with any enquiries you may have to make your experience at the stadium an enjoyable one. 3

4 PRIVATE SUITE CLIENT PRIMARY CONTACT To provide you with the best and most timely service, please nominate a primary contact who will be your Private Suite Coordinator. This is the person to whom all correspondence relating to your Private Suite will be sent, including event information (enews), event tickets, catering options and special offers. We ask that your Private Suite Coordinator be responsible for coordinating and supervising all matters relating to the usage and dayto-day management of your Private Suite, including the submission of catering orders and the distribution of event tickets and event information to attending guests. For times where your Private Suite Coordinator is unable to oversee matters e.g. due to leave or other commitments, we request a secondary contact also be nominated. Please complete the Private Suite Coordinator Contact Form and return to privatesuites@anzstadium.com.au Should there be a permanent change in contact details during the term of your Private Suite Licence agreement, please inform Catering & Hospitality Services. PRIVATE SUITE COORDINATOR S DAY At the beginning of the year, Private Suite Coordinators are invited to our Annual Private Suite Coordinator s Day. Private Suite Coordinator s Day is designed to provide an insight into planning and production of an event at ANZ Stadium and provide guidance to Coordinators for maximising the use of their Private Suite throughout the coming year. Attendees have the opportunity to meet the ANZ Stadium Catering & Hospitality Services team, enjoy premium catering, network with other Private Suite holders and experience an exclusive tour of ANZ Stadium facilities and the Sydney Olympic Park precinct. This day is a fantastic opportunity for Private Suite Coordinators to familiarise themselves with the Stadium and its processes and ultimately, provide more informed communications to attending guests throughout the year. USING YOUR PRIVATE SUITE ON AN EVENT DAY Private Suite Holders and their guests have access to their Private Suite for all sporting events scheduled on the ANZ Stadium calendar, only upon presentation of a valid Private Suite event ticket as supplied by ANZ Stadium. Access may commence from the advertised gate opening time for each event and concludes approximately one hour after the completion of the event, unless otherwise advised. Timings will be communicated via to Private Suite Coordinators prior to each event and is accessible via the Corporate Concierge portal of the ANZ Stadium website. Private Suite Holders and their guests should be aware that Private Suite entry tickets provide exclusive access to Private Suites and Private Suite areas including foyers. Private Suite entry tickets do not provide access to ANZ Stadium Club facilities, Zone Box seating areas, Centreline Seats areas or public seating areas. 4

5 VIP CORPORATE ENTRANCE Private Suite Holders and their guests enter ANZ Stadium through Gates C/D for Private Suites in the Eastern Stand or Gate L for Private Suites in the Western Stand. Corporate entry gates are shown on the Stadium Map section of the ANZ Stadium website. Please note the external Gate lettering system works alphabetically in an anti-clockwise direction. EVENT TICKETS ANZ Stadium issues Private Suite Holders with 14 or 20 tickets (according to their Private Suite capacity and/or Private Suite Licence Agreement) for each event. Private Suite tickets for all confirmed events will be delivered to the Private Suite Coordinator at the beginning of the calendar year. Tickets for any additional events (events confirmed during the year) will be issued approximately 2-3 weeks prior to these events. Tickets are printed on unique Private Suite branded stock with an access barcode and details of the event; including the Event Name, Date, Gate entry letter, Gate opening time (where available at the time of printing*) and Private Suite location details (Suite Number). All Private Suite tickets are printed with individual codes up to the maximum of the Private Suite Capacity (e.g ). To enhance the presentation of your event tickets for your guests, an allocation of ticket presentation wallets is included in your Private Suite pack. For all events, we recommend Private Suite Coordinators to use the Record page in the Private Suite ticket booklets or the Guest Ticket Allocation Form to keep record of who is invited to attend your Private Suite and ticket details issued to each guest. This process will assist if cancellation or re-issue of any lost/misplaced tickets is required. *In some instances, event dates may not be known at the time of printing. In these instances, ANZ Stadium will advise Private Suite Coordinators by of the actual event date as soon as it is confirmed. Up-to-date information can also be found through the Corporate Concierge portal. LOST/DAMAGED OR STOLEN TICKETS All lost, damaged or stolen Private Suite tickets must be reported to ANZ Stadium immediately to prevent unauthorised access to your Private Suite. Report lost, damaged or stolen tickets by calling Catering & Hospitality Services on (02) Replacement tickets can only be arranged through ANZ Stadium, please note a fee may apply. Guest access to ANZ Stadium will only be granted with the issue of a replacement ticket. 5

6 VIP PARKING For all scheduled events, VIP parking passes for Level 0 are issued to Private Suite holders. Level 0 parking pass allocations are determined by your Private Suite Licence Agreement. Each Level 0 pass allows one vehicle to park in a designated space in the ANZ Stadium Level 0 Car Park (located on the basement Level), identified by a sign indicating your company name and space number. The vehicle space provided is approximately four metres in length, providing sufficient room for most sedans, four-wheel drives and multi-passenger vehicles with a capacity of up to eight people. Access to the Level 0 Car Park is via the ANZ Stadium Loading Dock off Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park. Refer to ANZ Stadium Map for directions. To gain access, Private Suite guests are required to display their event specific Level 0 parking pass on their internal rear view mirror with the space number displayed externally. Private Suite guests using the Level 0 Car Park can access their Private Suite via the lifts located inside the VIP foyer on Level 0. All vehicle occupants must present a valid Private Suite event ticket to Customer Service Staff at foyer doors to gain access into the VIP Foyer. Access to the Level 0 Car Park is available from the advertised gate opening time for an event, until approximately one hour after the conclusion of the event. In the event of any changes to these times, your Private Suite Coordinator will be advised by prior to the event. PRECINCT PARKING (P1) Private Suite holders are provided with precinct parking tickets for the P1 Car Park adjacent to ANZ Stadium on Edwin Flack Avenue. P1 car parking allocations are determined by your Private Suite License Agreement. Additional P1 car parking tickets can be purchased for any event by contacting Ticketek directly via or CATERING OPTIONS ANZ Stadium provides Private Suite menus designed by our Executive Chef, John Deane tailored to the nature of the specific event. Event menus will be available for viewing via the Corporate Concierge portal accessible via the ANZ Stadium website four to six weeks prior to each event. As a Private Suite Holder you have the opportunity to select from several beverage options to compliment your menu selections throughout the season. 6

7 PLACING AN ORDER Private Suite Coordinators are to submit their order online via the Corporate Concierge portal by the specified deadline for each event (10 days prior to the event). A confirmation will be generated once your order is received. Orders received after the specified deadline will be charged an additional 15% of the food order total. Please be aware that limited catering options may apply if an order is not placed within the specified time-frame. Menu enhancement items may only be ordered in addition to a full menu. ANZ Stadium caters for a diverse range of dietary requirements including vegetarian, kosher, halal and gluten free. When inviting guests to your Private Suite, please ascertain whether they have any special dietary requirements and ensure these details are advised at the time of ordering to ensure they can be accommodated. Some dietary requirements may incur and additional charge e.g. Kosher. GUESTS MANAGING FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES ANZ Stadium s aspiration is to make the greatest things happen and with that commitment, food quality and safety is paramount to our business and reputation. It is something we take very seriously. ANZ Stadium s Central Production Kitchen is proficient and experienced at fulfilling catering requirements for up to 8,000 guests during an event with a major focus on the use of fresh ingredients. With that in mind, many common ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or intolerances with certain people are used within the kitchen environments. Examples include, peanuts and peanut products, tree nuts and derived products, egg and egg products, milk and milk products, fish and crustacean and derived products, nitrates, sesame seeds, soybeans and their products just to highlight a few, are used within our recipes. Sulphides may also be used in the manufacture of some alcoholic beverages. Communication, information and hygiene are the key factors in which ANZ Stadium manages allergies and intolerances. Should you be managing an allergy or intolerance to the above ingredients or any other product, please liaise with your Private Suite Attendant to obtain further information about our food products as well as the conditions they have been prepared. Additionally, further arrangements can be made on request to meet your dietary needs dependant on ingredient availability. 7

8 FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE Food and beverage service is provided to each Private Suite by a dedicated Private Suite Attendant when food and beverages are ordered. It is our intention, wherever possible, to place the same attendant in your Private Suite for each event throughout the year however ANZ Stadium cannot guarantee that this will occur for all events. Guests will be served premium beverages including beer, wine and soft drink from the fridge situated within the Private Suite. Beverage replenishment is available from the Private Suite Attendant. ANZ Stadium is committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). Beverage service including alcohol is only available when a full meal service is ordered and a Private Suite Attendant present. YOUR PRIVATE SUITE EVENT DAY HOST When your Private Suite is in use, you must have an appointed host present as the approved company representative. The host is the primary point of contact for ANZ Stadium staff on event day. The Private Suite Host should be familiar with the information contained in these guidelines. It is important that the nominated Host introduces themselves to the Private Suite Attendant. All guests should be made aware that the Private Suite Attendant will only take direction from the Host. CATERING POLICY Only food and beverage ordered from the Catering & Hospitality Services department is permitted in your Private Suite. External food and beverage or items purchased from ANZ Stadium outlets cannot be brought into your Private Suite. Similarly, food from your Private Suite cannot be taken into other areas of ANZ Stadium, including Private Suite foyer areas. For nominated NRL Club, Waratahs and Swans events, attending guests are permitted to take food and beverages purchased from Stadium outlets into Private Suites. For added convenience at these events, ANZ Stadium operates an outlet in the Private Suite foyer serving premium beverages and a selection of hot and cold food items. BOOKING PROCEDURES FOR EVENT DAYS Should catering not be required at an event, we still require advice if you are Not Attending or No Catering is Required (Private Suite to be open). This ensures your Private Suite is either locked and secured or prepared appropriately for yours guests arrival. Please ensure this information is completed via the online Corporate Concierge portal accessible via the ANZ Stadium website. 8

9 CANCELLATION POLICY Where menu order cancellations or pax changes are made less than three full working days prior to an event, full payment will be required. All cancellations are required in writing in order to take effect, via If your guests do not arrive on the event day, the total amount for catering will be charged in addition to a staffing fee. Weather conditions and the time required to complete an event are beyond the control of ANZ Stadium. Once gates are open on the day of an event, all orders will be deemed valid for that day regardless of whether the event actually takes place. HINTS FOR ENTERTAINING YOUR GUESTS Start the year on the right foot To ensure you are well informed and prepared for ANZ Stadium events and special offers, make sure your details are up-to date by submitting the Private Suite Coordinator Form. Make sure your security is set-up to receive e-news from privatesuites@anzstadium.com.au for each event. These can sometimes go straight to your junk mail. Attend the Annual Private Suite Coordinator s Day to meet the ANZ Stadium team and familiarise with ANZ Stadium facilities and services available. Event Day Preparation Issue guests a Letter of Invitation at least 14 days prior to the event. See Example Invitation Template. Upon confirmation of their attendance, send a Guest Pack via courier or Express Post at least seven days prior to the event. For ticket security, we recommend avoiding mailing methods which cannot be tracked e.g. regular post. Record guest names and their allocated ticket number for each event. See Guest Ticket Allocation Form. Include tickets (in ticket wallets provided), parking tickets (if required), photocopies of maps and details of where you will meet them. Visit the Stadium Map section of the ANZ Stadium website for more information. Encourage guests to visit the Getting Here section of the ANZ Stadium website to help plan their trip to and from the venue. Submit your food and beverage order online by the specified closing date for each event (approx. 10 days prior to the event). Provide the name and mobile number of your Company s Host for each event to Catering & Hospitality Services via privatesuites@anzstadium.com.au Ensure all attending guests are aware of the guidelines and policies pertaining to the use of your Private Suite, in particular Dress Code and Responsible Service of Alcohol. 9

10 ANZ STADIUM EVENTS/HIRER AGREEMENTS ANZ Stadium proudly showcases a comprehensive event calendar schedule each year. Check out what s on in 2014 by clicking here For full details on ANZ Stadium s Hirer agreements, contact your Sales Representative on EVENT COMMUNICATIONS Approximately four to six weeks prior to each event, Catering & Hospitality Services will send an event specific (enews) to all Private Suite Coordinators including event information, timings, catering options, ticketing information, and any other important announcements. With the primary form of information broadcast, it is important that recipient address records are accurate and up-to-date. You can also access up-to-date information via the Corporate Concierge portal on the ANZ Stadium website. In the event of any change to your Private Suite Coordinator s address, please contact Catering & Hospitality Services via on privatesuites@anzstadium.com.au or call (02) The ANZ Stadium website further provides breaking news and event information, GETTING TO ANZ STADIUM A range of public transport services (including Bus, Train, Ferry, Taxi) operate to and from ANZ Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park. Additional special event services also operate on major events days. Encourage guests to visit the Getting Here section of the ANZ Stadium website to help plan their trip to and from the venue. For timetable information for each service, please visit For selected major events, integrated ticketing may also operate whereby major event public transport is included in your Private Suite event ticket. Events which include travel on public transport can be found on your Private Suite ticket and will be advised by your enews to Private Suite Coordinators. Guests driving to ANZ Stadium are encouraged to visit the Sydney Olympic Park Authority website for the latest precinct information and any road closures in place for each event. For driving directions to ANZ Stadium, visit the Getting here section of the ANZ Stadium website to plan your route. 10

11 MEDICAL ASSISTANCE Event Day medical services at ANZ Stadium are provided by qualified paramedics. Should medical assistance be required at any time during your visit to ANZ Stadium, please alert ANZ Stadium staff immediately. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES ANZ Stadium has an Emergency Management Plan in place to manage the Stadium in the case of an emergency. In the event of an emergency, Private Suite Hosts and their guests must follow the directions of ANZ Stadium staff. ACCESSIBILITY ANZ Stadium is designed to provide universal access across all areas of the Stadium for the benefit of all attending guests. For the comfort and convenience of your guests, if known prior to an event, please advise ANZ Stadium of any guests who may require additional assistance during their visit. AMENITIES Male and Female toilet facilities are conveniently located throughout Corporate levels. Accessibility is a key feature throughout all Corporate amenities, providing enhancements for users and guests with a disability. SIGNAGE/ADVERTISING Private Suite Holders have the opportunity to expose their corporate brand in two locations: 1. A company logo/insignia outside the entrance to the Private Suite - measuring (w) 200mm x (h) 200mm) 2. Advertising signage on the Level 6 parapet on the opposite Grandstand to your Private Suite - measuring (w) 3450mm x (h) 670 mm To take advantage of the signage opportunities available as a Private Suiteholder, please complete the Private Suite Signage Order Form and return via to privatesuites@anzstadium.com.au ANZ Stadium reserves the right to approve all proposed corporate signage. 12 EVENT MERCHANDISE For each scheduled major event, Private Suite Holders receive an allocation of two complimentary event programs. Programs will be delivered to your Private Suite prior to the gate opening time on an event day. For selected major events, Private Suite Holders have the opportunity to order event merchandise and programs for their attending guests. Merchandise product ranges and price lists are available for purchase online when placing your food and beverage order. All orders are subject to product availability. Pre-ordered merchandise will be delivered to your Private Suite prior to the gate opening time on an event day. Event programs and merchandise can also be purchased at any event from the Rebel Sport Merchandise outlets located throughout the venue. PRIVATE SUITE DECORATIONS/THEMING Private Suite Holders have the opportunity to supply additional articles of appointment or decoration to their Private Suite such as pictures, plants or corporate logos/insignias. Decorations or theming of this nature should not be overtly visible from the playing field or outside the Private Suite and are subject to approval from ANZ Stadium. Please note that decorations and Private Suite Holders inclusions are regarded as private property, and as such, Private Suite Holders are responsible for any loss or damage to these articles. Please contact Catering & Catering & Hospitality Services on (02) to arrange Private Suite decoration. PRIVATE SUITE FIT-OUT/UPGRADE OPTIONS Private Suite Holders have the option to upgrade the Private Suite and balcony chairs. To install your own furnishings or fit-outs, please contact Catering & Catering & Hospitality Services on (02) to discuss arrangements. See the Private Suite Fit-out guidelines for more information on renovating your Private Suite. At the conclusion of your term, a make-good clause does apply. 12

13 UTILITY SERVICES Each Private Suite servery is provided with a telephone handset with a direct dial extension service for voice only communication with ANZ Stadium. Please refer to the internal phone directory provided within your Private Suite for key extension numbers including emergency contact numbers. Should you require external dialing capability or the ability to use data communications on any event day, please contact Catering & Catering & Hospitality Services on (02) at least five days prior to the event. ANZ Stadium Catering & Catering & Hospitality Services will forward any external telephone charges direct to the Private Suite Coordinator for payment following each event. All other utilities (water, electricity) are provided by ANZ Stadium at no additional charge. PRIVATE SUITE CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE As outlined in your Private Suite agreement, ANZ Stadium routinely carries out general maintenance of Stadium fittings within Private Suites. In the event of any damage occurring to your Private Suite, please notify ANZ Stadium immediately. Any maintenance or repair required to personalised fit-out items is the responsibility of the Private Suite Holder. Any damage to Private Suites caused by attending guests during the term of a Private Suite Licence will be the responsibility of the Private Suite Holder. SECURITY/INSURANCE Unless anticipated attendance for an event is confirmed by the Private Suite Coordinator, Private Suites remain locked for all events. Following guest departure after the conclusion of any event, all Private Suites are locked. As outlined in the Private Suite agreement, Private Suite holders are responsible for: Insuring their own personal property, fit out and decorations against damage or theft Maintaining public liability insurance cover in relation to injury or death occurring from use of the Private Suite. 14 ACCESS TO ADDITIONAL ANZ STADIUM SERVICES Additional Corporate Hospitality A variety of Corporate Hospitality packages are available at ANZ Stadium for all events, in addition to your Private Suite, including; The Zone Box Packages - formerly known as Corporate Boxes Corporate Dining Packages Centreline Seats Packages - previously known as Xseats To discuss additional Corporate Hospitality packages, please contact ANZ Stadium Corporate Sales team on Our package details can also be found on the Official Hospitality section of the ANZ Stadium website. Meetings and Special Events ANZ Stadium boasts 15 indoor and outdoor function spaces with plenty of natural light and spectacular views to the Stadium arena. Spaces can accommodate 20 1,500 guests and offer state-of-the-art facilities ideal for conferences, functions, exhibitions, product launches and more. Private Suite Holders can enjoy an exclusive offer of free room hire for any function booked at the Stadium. For function enquiries, contact Catering & Hospitality Services on (02) or privatesuites@anzstadium.com.au Stadium Tours The ANZ Stadium Tours Program offers Private Suite Holders and their guests a unique opportunity to view many of the facilities across all levels of the Stadium including a birds-eye view from the Gantry in a private guided tour. Private Suite Holders receive an exclusive 25% discount off regular Stadium Tour prices. Tours can be arranged by contacting Catering & Hospitality Services on (02)

15 USING YOUR PRIVATE SUITE ON A NON EVENT DAY Private Suite Holders may utilise their Private Suite or other function spaces on Non event days for meetings, conferences and other special events by contacting Catering & Catering & Hospitality Services via privatesuites@anzstadium.com.au or on (02) Non event days are determined by dates not scheduled on the ANZ Stadium event calendar* *Restrictions may apply due to Event day set up requirements. Please discuss with Catering & Catering & Hospitality Services upon making your request. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Private Suite Holders and their guests should be aware of the ANZ Stadium Conditions of Entry which are displayed in full on the ANZ Stadium website. In particular, the following items are prohibited and will not be permitted into the Stadium: Whistles Glass bottles Cans Alcohol Any other device capable of causing injury, harm or nuisance Please note, conditions of entry may change for some events, these conditions can be found on the event pages of the ANZ Stadium website. CODE OF CONDUCT To ensure all guests enjoy their Stadium event experience, it is expected that Private Suite Holders and their guests shall, at all times, conduct themselves in a manner which is consistent with the character of the Stadium as a world class sporting and entertainment venue. To minimise disruption to other Stadium guests, please note that mobile phone usage is discouraged on balconies during events. ANZ Stadium reserves the right to remove guests from the venue who refuse to comply with ANZ Stadium Conditions of Entry and Private Suite Policies and Procedures. 15

16 DRESS STANDARDS ANZ Stadium expects all attendees to comply with the dress code. Those not meeting the minimum requirements will not be granted access into Corporate areas. Discretion will be used in the case of young children. Jerseys of the participating teams are allowed. Men Do wear smart casual attire, with trousers or dress shorts with appropriate footwear. Don t wear rubber or foam thongs, singlets, ripped jeans (including designer), tracksuits or stubbie style shorts. Women Do wear smart casual attire. 17 RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL POLICY ANZ Stadium is committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all and as part of the Stadium s standard operations, the responsible service of alcohol is a focus within the Stadium for all events, including in all corporate areas. The following is a summary of the important issues concerning the consumption of alcohol within Private Suites: Private Suite Holders and their guests are required to comply with ANZ Stadium s Responsible Service of Alcohol House Policy displayed within every Private Suite and on the ANZ Stadium website. All alcoholic beverages are provided by ANZ Stadium Food and Beverage Staff. All beverages must be consumed within the Private Suite. Beverage service including alcohol is only available when a full meal service is ordered and a Private Suite Attendant present. The ANZ Stadium Liquor Licence prohibits guests from bringing alcohol into or taking alcohol from ANZ Stadium. Private Suite Holders or their guests must not supply alcoholic beverages to any person under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or to any person under the age of 18 years. For the safety of guests and ANZ Stadium staff, glassware is not permitted on Private Suite balconies. If guests wish to take their drink onto the balcony, a plastic cup will be provided by the Private Suite Attendant. We seek your assistance in ensuring that your guests enjoy themselves but at the same time consume alcohol in a responsible manner. Private Suite Holders are responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all events and to ensure that all alcohol rules and policies are observed. ANZ Stadium is committed to providing the highest level of service to you and your guests. However, recent changes to the Law do not permit intoxicated persons to remain on-site. Intoxicated persons will be asked to leave the Stadium. ANZ Stadium staff will be on hand at all events to answer any questions you have with regard to the responsible service of alcohol. Please share this information with attending guests throughout the year. For events where Private Suite holders have elected not to cater, the front door of the Private Suite is required to remain open for the duration of the event for RSA monitoring purposes. 17

18 SMOKING POLICY Smoking is not permitted within Private Suites, on Private Suite balconies or throughout Private Suite Level corridors. Designated smoking areas are provided on each circular ramp of the Stadium located, accessible from the north and south areas of the corridors. These areas are convenient to all Private Suites and are clearly identified. ANZ Stadium staff will direct any guests found smoking within Private Suite areas to designated smoking areas. GUESTS WITH CHILDREN Subject to the wishes of each Private Suite holder, children are permitted entry to Private Suites, provided they are accompanied and fully supervised by an adult at all times. Children aged 3 years and over require a valid Private Suite event ticket to gain entry. As with all Private Suite guidelines, guests are urged to be mindful of the Corporate environment they are entering and to respect the privacy and comfort of other corporate guests in their vicinity. Prams and strollers are permitted into the venue but for safety reasons, are not permitted into seating areas. If a guest wishes to bring either of these items to an event, upon approval of the Private Suite holder, arrangements can be made with ANZ Stadium staff upon entry to the Stadium.
