4 SUITE INFORMATION ADMISSIONS Each suite admission ticket will be accepted at any ticket gate along the frontstretch grandstand. Once inside the gates, please proceed to either the Wyandotte Tower, located near Gate B or Tower A, located near Gate A. Present your suite admission at the suite lobby, and an ambassador will validate your admission. In exchange for your admission, you will be fitted with a wristband that must be worn at all times. A suite admission and the colorcoded wristband must be presented to the suite ambassador for re-entry onto the Suite Level. For the security of the Suite Level patrons, guests who have lost their suite admission or color-coded wristbands cannot be admitted onto the Suite Level. Martinsville Speedway Security will strongly enforce these guidelines. Minors should be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the Suite Level. All children must have a ticket to enter. HOURS The suites will open at 9:00 a.m. and close one hour after the final track activity. LOCATION The Suite Level can be accessed through the following elevators towers: Blue Ridge Tower: Suites Old Dominion Tower: Suites WORKER CREDENTIALS Each suite is allotted four (4) credentials per day for workers to serve as host or hostesses during the event. Worker Credentials will be included in the suite hospitality package sent to each client prior to the season. Preparation and set up at any time prior to an event weekend is acceptable and encouraged. Please contact the Martinsville Speedway Marketing Department at to schedule a time for set up. ****PRE-RACE PIT TOURS**** Self-Guided Pit Tours are available from 8 to 10:30a.m.Sunday morning of the event weekends. An admission ticket is necessary to access the Infield area during this time. ***NASCAR mandated dress codes will be in effect: Must wear long pants, closed toe shoes, no sleeveless shirts, anyone that does not adhere to these guidelines will not be granted access into the Infield area.***

5 AIR CONDITIONING Suites are climate controlled. If the climate in your suite is uncomfortable, please do not adjust the thermostat. Please notify a Suite Ambassador for assistance. In order to maintain a constant temperature, the door to your suite should remain closed. CATERING Americrown Service Corporation is the Official Caterer of Martinsville Speedway. No other food or beverage may be served in the suites. Americrown will provide one suite attendant for your convenience. When alcohol is being served in the suite, at least one bartender must be staffed. Additional staffing is available and will be charged accordingly. Suite attendants and bartenders will be dressed in uniform. Please contact Gloria Bruno at , if you have any questions regarding catering. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE All Certificates of Insurance must be turned in prior to entering Martinsville Speedway. Certificates may be faxed to , Attention: Karen Parker or Ashley Webb. The following paragraph MUST be on the COI for it to be valid with our legal standards: "International Speedway Corporation and it s subsidiaries (including without limitation Martinsville Speedway Corporation), its shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, related or affiliated companies, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns are additional insureds". If you have any additional questions regarding certificates of insurance, please contact Karen Parker at or Ashley Webb at DRIVER APPEARANCES If you sponsor a car and the driver will need transportation to make an appearance in your suite, please contact the Martinsville Speedway Marketing Department at You will need to make arrangements two weeks prior to the event. ****GIFT BAGS**** If you will be handing out gift bags to your guests, the bag must meet our guidelines of a 6 x 6 x 12 softsided bag. Anything larger will not be permitted inside the grandstand gates, due to security police. If there is any question as to whether a bag will meet Martinsville Speedway requirements, please submit a sample to: Karen Parker 340 Speedway Rd Ridgeway, VA LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS Martinsville Speedway is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Replacement tickets will not be issued.

6 MERCHANDISE If you would like to purchase merchandise for your guests, such as hats, lapel pins or shirts, please contact Nancy Davis with Americrown Service Corporation at PIT.SHOP. PARKING AND PARKING PASSES Each suite receives a limited number of parking passes for each event. Suite holders with parking passes will be directed to park in either the West or South Lot. Due to the limited space, West Lot is not guaranteed and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of lost or stolen parking passes, guests will be directed to general admission parking lots. Parking is available at Martinsville Speedway free of charge. RESTROOMS There are private restrooms located in every suite for your guests convenience. SECURITY Martinsville Speedway Security will be located throughout the Suite Levels to assist guests with valid suite admissions. SIGNAGE Martinsville Speedway will furnish a sign with your company name that will be placed outside your suite. All decorations must be approved by Martinsville Speedway. Suites will be locked up when they are not in use; however, Martinsville Speedway is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items or decorations. SUITE GUIDELINES Business causal attire is recommended in the suite level. Tank tops, halter-tops, swimsuits, athletic shorts or underwear style tee shirts are not considered appropriate suite attire. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. (Suite Ambassadors and Martinsville Speedway Security will enforce these policies.) Alcoholic beverages may not leave the suite level at any time. Consumption by minors is strictly prohibited. Martinsville Speedway is a family oriented facility; please remind your guests to drink responsibly. TELEVISIONS Closed circuit televisions have been installed in every suite for your guests enjoyment.
