1 31 th GYM Festival Trnava th - 10 th June 2018 INVITATION The Slovak gymnastics federation and Club of Gymnastics Sports Slavia Trnava invites National Federations and their clubs to participate at our traditional Women Artistics Gymnastics Tournament. The Tournament includes folloving separate competitions: 31 th Slovak Open Championships for senior and juniors Memorial of Jan and Helena Novak Memorial of Vojtech Schön 50 th Old Trnava Cup HOST FEDERATION ORGANIZING COMMITTEE LOCATION DATE 8 th - 10 th June 2018 Slovak Gymnastics Federation Junacka Bratislava, Slovakia i.barutova@sgf.sk Club of Gymnastics Sports Slavia Trnava Rybnikova Trnava, Slovakia novak@sgf.sk City Sports Hall, Rybnikova 15, Trnava AGE LIMIT Seniors born in 2002 or before Slovak Open Championships Juniors born in Slovak Open Championships Girls born in Old Trnava Cup All senior and junior gymnasts must have a valid FIG licence at the time of the event. COMPETITION FORMAT Seniors according FIG rules Juniors according modification FIG rules Competition CI and CIII APPARATUS FINAL 6 gymnasts /seniors /max.2 from federation and min. 1 SVK 6 gymnasts /juniors/max.2 from federation and min. 1 SVK Girls according modification FIG rules Vault: 125 cm 2 vaults, the better is counting to the final score, no deduction for 2 springboard, Memorial of Jan Novak the best results in senior category Memorial of Vojtech Schön the best results in junior category Memorial of Helena Novak the best results on the beam CI+CIII (seniors and juniors) All senior and junior gymnasts must have a valid FIG licence at the time of the event. ENTRY FEE 25,-EUR / gymnast Must be paid at the time of the Nominative registration APPARATUS Spieth, free exercise floor "Moscow" PRIZE MONEY Slovak Open Championschip: 5 000,- Seniors all around and final apparatus in : 300, 200, 100 Juniors all around and final apparatus in : 200, 150, 50

2 COMPOSITION OF DELEGATION 2 seniors born in 2002 and older 2 juniors born in girls born in coaches /1 per category/ 2 FIG judges the fee of 100,-EUR for missing judge We accept only 1 delegation per country REGISTRATION DEADLINES Definitive: 15 th April 2018 ACCOMMODATION MEALS Nominative: send by i.barutova@sgf.sk The OC offer the following accommodation: 1) HOTEL *** The price is per person per night /including breakfast/: Single room: 40,-EUR Double room: 30,-EUR Tripple room: 25,-EUR 2) HOTEL **** The price is per person per night /including breakfast/: Single room: 50,-EUR Double room: 35,-EUR Tripple room: 30,-EUR The costs for the accommodations must be paid to the LOC by 8 th May, 2018 Cancellation / reimbursement Policy Cancellation until 8 th May, 2018 at a 100% rate refund, later no refund The cost for meals are follows: 10,- per person for lunch / Relax UCM restaurant 1) HOTEL *** 10,- EUR per person for dinner in this hotel 2) HOTEL **** 12,- EUR per person for dinner in this hotel The costs for meals must be paid to the LOC by 8 th May, 2018 Cancellation / reimbursement Policy Cancellation until 8 th May, 2018 at a 100% rate refund, later no refund INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT The invited participating federations must pay for the travel cost of their delegations members The travel Schedule Form must be returned to the OC by May 8 nd, 2018 LOCAL TRANSPORT INSURANCE VISA OC will provide transport from Bratislava airport, Bratislava railway station and and bus station to Trnava and back.
