4 01 ADMIN The Event Admin, for all communication, is: Ø Associazione Motonautica Venezia Ø Giampaolo Montavoci RULES The Event will be held under the 2017 UIM Rules, 2017 FIM Rules and Advance program, Race Instructions, Pilots Briefing and/or Bulletins. 03 COURSES Race courses and instructions will be available at the Registration and Pilots Briefing. In case of bad weather condition, the reserve race course will be at least 50% of the original courses. 04 RACING NUMBER & FLAG The participants must have, in a visible position, the race number and the national flag, applied at the Bow and at the two lateral sides, as per the 2017 UIM & FIM Rule. The Organizing Committee can apply, on each participating racing boat, Event Stickers. 05 REGISTRATION For all the NON registered at the Italian Championship, it is mandatory to register until the Tuesday before the event. The assignment will be made in chronological registration order.

5 07 DOCUMENTATION Any changes to the composition of the registered Teams will be possible until 29 September 2017, 19.00, before start of the Pilots Briefing;Any delay will be fined with 200 Euro. 08 PROTEST The Protest Fee is fixed in Euro 80,00 and must be paid at the Protest Form delivery. The Protest Form, available at the Race Secretariat, must be submitted, together with the payment of the Fee, to the Commissioner General within 1 (one) hour from the submission of the results for which a complaint is made and / or within 1 (one) hour of arrival in case of irregularities detected during the race. 09 FUEL Any Fuel operation must be held in the designated areas (see Note to the Teams), under direction of the Technical Officer(s). Any transfer and / or transport of fuel into the PIT is prohibited, except for various specific authorizations of the Commissioner-General. Any authorized carriage will only be carried out using approved tanks. Failure to comply with this rule will be punished with a fine of up to 500 Euro and may be subject to SQUALIFICATION. 10 INSURANCE The insurance of the event including R.C. (Excluding boat damage) and "launching and launching" is borne by the Italian Powerboat Federation, provided that all persons involved in these operations are formally framed by the organizer through the signing of letters of office or contracts Of work performance with the description of the tasks entrusted. FIM is also responsible for the insurance coverage for accidents of FIM pilots. Not Italian pilots are required to pay to the race secretary = for reimbursement of insurance costs to cover the RC. To third parties, for which FIM has already carried out its extension. The same riders will be issued a signed peace deal. All riders (Italian and foreign) at the time of the administrative checks must sign the "Race organizer liabylity form", as long as they are not participating in the race. 11 SUIT, HELMETS AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING SPECIAL CONDITION The choice of race clothing and their efficiency are exclusively the responsibility of the participants. Each person aboard each participating boat must wear an appropriate helmet corresponding to the SNELL & FIA OMOLOGATIONS, as per current regulations, of orange color during the Practice and Race. The helmet can be removed only and exclusively when the boat is stopped at the docks. Efficiency of the race vest is the sole responsibility of each participant. Each person aboard each participating boat must wear an appropriate jacket during the Practice and Race. The life jacket must be in high visibility orange or yellow.

6 From June 10, 2015, national and international competitions carried out on Italian territory, include the following obligations: - for Closed Capsule Classes, use of a HANS DEVICE or SIMPSON HYBRID or NECKSGEN-REV device; - For Classes without capsule, use a COLLAR SUCCESS Drivers who do not use these devices will not be admitted to the Event. 12 ANTIDOPING Drivers may be subjected to an anti-doping or ethylmetric test according to the actual regulations. 13 SPECIAL CONDITIONS Smoking in Dry & Wet Pit areas is forbidden. Pilots are responsible for their members in ensuring compliance with this rule. Failure to comply with this rule stipulates a fine of EUR per violation. 14 PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the Program and the Rules even after the publication of the Advance Program and the Race Instructions, for reasons of force majeure.
