1 May 19, 2011 Dear Sir/Madam, The Triangle Flying Disc Association (TFDA) is a non-profit organization formed in Its members are athletes who participate in Ultimate, a fast-paced team sport played on a football-sized field. Our primary responsibility as an organization is to manage our year-round leagues and tourneys, which include over 1,000 participants. To make the operation of our leagues more affordable for our members, we are seeking your sponsorship. What we offer in return is an advertisement on TFDA s website for two to four months, using any image you choose, linking the browser to the destination of your choice, and prominent display of your logo/design on the back of team jerseys. TFDA members use the website year-round, not just during a given season, and the website is available to anyone seeking information about ultimate in the community, whether in the high schools, colleges, area pick-up games, tournaments, or with established club teams. Players often wear seasonal jerseys from years past, which then serve as long-standing advertisements for your business. We offer all this for $300, which is our League Basic level of sponsorship. The following lists all of our sponsorship levels: 1. League Basic: $300, logo on website for duration of league, logo on back of all player jerseys (400 in Winter League, 160 each in Spring and Summer Leagues) 2. League Plus: $400, includes League Basic benefits, logo (or promotion) included in weekly league announcements and monthly newsletter (at least two times per league) 3. Team Basic: $500, team sponsor includes League Basic benefits, with large logo on jersey front of sponsored team (20 players per team) 4. Team Plus: $600, combines Team Basic and League Plus benefits 5. Event Sponsorship: $500, which includes large logo on 6 banner for one-time events such as tournaments or clinics, use of logo in all announcements re the event and in the event program. Annual events you might sponsor: a. Winter League Tournament b. Spring League Tournament c. Summer League Tournament d.
