COLLIER, RAY AND THOMAS VIE TO FINISH AT THE HEAD OF THE CLASS Graduate student Camille Collier and seniors Secily Ray and Brooke Thomas have been a part of 57 wins in their threeplus years of action. The current school-record for wins by a class is 70 held by the 1991 senior class of Jenny Mitchell, Lisa Dodd, Colleen Bentz and Sara White. That class not only won 70 games but also made the programs only NCAA Tournament appearance. When Collier started her career at Wake Forest in season, the Deacons were coming off back-to-back losing seasons and a winless ACC season in She saw action right away as freshman and was part of a team that went In , she was then joined by Thomas and Ray and the trio would held the Deacons fi nished with 19 wins, the second-most in school-history and advance to the WNIT. The next season, Wake made it s second-straight WNIT appearance, fi nished fi fth in the ACC and was over. Collier then suffered a knee injury in the preseason last season and was not part of the team that went and won an ACC Tournament game for the third-straight year. Last year s senior class of Brittany Waters and Kem Wilson fi nished their four-year careers as the second-winningest class in school history. The tandem fi nished with a total of 67 victories.
