Following a 5-4 start, including a game against national power Notre Dame, Bucknell ranks 146th out of 349 teams in the national RPI. After back-to-back losses, Delaware is 4-4 and ranks 245th in the RPI. About the Blue Hens Delaware is 4-4 after losses to George Mason (90-83, 2OT) and Georgetown (61-50) in its most recent contests. Nicole Enabosi tallied seven blocks and the Blue Hens had 10 overall in the loss to Georgetown. They rank third in the CAA in blocks, averaging 5.1 per game. The Blue Hens are just eighth in the conference in rebounding margin, posting a -4.5 through the first eight games. Delaware has qualified for either the NCAA Tournament or the WNIT in six of the past seven seasons. The Blue Hens were picked to finish fifth in the CAA this season, while Erika Brown and Courtni Green were selected to the Preseason All-CAA Second Team. Dominating the Boards Rebounding has been a staple of Aaron Roussell s Bucknell teams and that has continued to be the case this season. The Bison rank first in the Patriot League and 33rd in the country with a +9.2 rebounding margin. The number is even more impressive when you consider that one of the team s seven games was at No. 3 Notre Dame, which Bucknell out-rebounded Jacquie Klotz and Claire DeBoer rank second and third in the Patriot League in rebounding. Klotz averages 10.3 boards, with 77 of her 93 total rebounds coming on the defensive end. DeBoer averages 9.7 with an impressive 33 of her 87 total rebounds coming on offense. Klotz ranks 28th nationally and fourth among guards in rebounds per game. Bucknell has won the rebounding battle in 36 of its past 39 games. Bucknell History vs. the CAA Bucknell is all-time against current members of the CAA. The Bison have played eight of the 10 teams in the conference. The College of Charleston and UNCW are the only two teams they haven t played. She tallied a career-high 13 points in the win over the Knights. Jacquie Klotz - Voted Patriot League Player of the Week and Bison Athlete of the Week on Nov. 23 after a 33-point, 12-rebound performance in a win over Manhattan Kaitlyn Slagus - Named the Patriot League Rookie of the Week on Nov. 23 after scoring a career-high 11 points in a win over Binghamton. 3-Point Records Bucknell has set the program record for single-season 3-pointers in back-to-back seasons. The Bison set the mark with pointers in the season, and then topped that by one with 151 last year. This year s team has 55 3-pointers through nine games, putting it ahead of the pace set in each of the past two seasons. The Bison had 44 treys through nine games of the season and 37 during that stretch in the season.
