Kickoff is 1 p.m. The Raiders are riding a two-game win streak after defeating Cornell (34-20) and Princeton (16-10), while the Rams have dropped eight straight games dating back to last season. THE SERIES This is the 17th meeting between Colgate and with the Raiders leading the overall series, Colgate has won the last two games against the Rams taking a 14-3 decision in 2003 and winning last year's matchup Colgate is 7-1 against at Andy Kerr Stadium. TV COVERAGE The Colgate- game will be televised on tape delay by Time Warner Sports Channel 26 in Central New York. The game will be shown on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 3:30 p.m., and replayed on Monday, Oct. 17 at 5 p.m., and Thursday, Oct. 20 at 7:30 p.m. TICKETS Tickets for the Colgate- game are available at the Raider Ticket Office ( ). They are priced at $15 for reserved seats, $8.00 for general admission, and $5.00 for children in the general admission section. HALL OF HONOR WEEKEND On Friday night at the Colgate Inn, the Colgate athletic department proudly inducts six former athletes in its Athletics Hall of Honor. With this year's class the membership in the Hall of Honor will reach 173 enshrinees. The Class of 2005 inductees are: Kelly Andrews 80, volleyball, basketball and lacrosse; Greg Manusky 88, football; Tara McLaughlin 95, cross country and track; Beth Moseley 83, basketball, softball and field hockey; David S. Perry 56, track; and John W. Reid 69, baseball and basketball. The enshrinees will be honored again at halftime of Saturday's football game. COLGATE VS. The 5-foot-11, 200-pounder has rushed for over 100 yards in both of his collegiate starts, and became the first Colgate freshman with back-to-back 100-yard rushing games since former Patriot League Rookie of the Year Ed Weiss in CARRYING THE LOAD In the last two games, Jordan Scott (Hyattsville, MD) has carried 76 times for 265 yards and one touchdown. He has averaged yards per game in his two starting assignments. COLGATE IN THE NCAA DIVISION I-AA STATISTICS Senior cornerback Chris Williams (Blasdell, NY) is sixth in interceptions with 0.80 per game, while senior linebacker Jared Nepa (Carbondale, PA) is 14th with 0.60 per game. LONG GRANTED A SIXTH YEAR Colgate wide receiver DeWayne Long (West Des Moines, IA) has been granted a sixth year of eligibility by the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Long was the Raiders second-leading receiver last season while earning first-team all-patriot League honors. He had 55 receptions for 737 yards and a team-high eight touchdowns. 5 During Colgate s 2003 run to the NCAA Division I-AA title game, Long played in all 16 games while making 14 catches for 154 yards and two touchdowns. He had a game-winning catch with 5.6 seconds left in the opener against Georgetown, and his other touchdown came in the NCAA Division I-AA playoff win over Florida Atlantic.
