Going into the 2003 season, Lisausky had tallied 23 goals and 11 assists, good enough for 57 career points. She has started in 59 of the 60 games she has played in. This season, after a somewhat slow start, Lisausky has one again emerged as an offensive force. Against Rutgers on Sept. 26, Lisausky registered 10 shots, two more than the entire Rutgers team, on her way to a two-goal effort in Villanova s 3-2 win. In the Cats last outing, she registered a goal and an assist in a 3-2 loss to Penn. For the season, Lisausky is tied for the team lead in assists with three, points with 13 and shots on goal with 23. She ranks second with five goals and 33 shots.

2 GAME NOTES Last Time Out: In their last game, the Wildcats dropped a 3-2 decision to the Penn Quakers on Wednesday night, Oct. 1 at Franklin Field. Villanova outshot Penn, 15-7, but a goal on a penalty stroke late in the second half proved to be the difference. Senior forward Christina Lugones notched her first goal of the season in the loss. City Six: Villanova resumes play in the City Six this morning. The group of Philadelphia-area field hockey programs is made up of Drexel, La Salle, Penn, St. Joseph s, Temple and Villanova. So far on the season, the Cats are 1-1 against their local rivals, with a win over Drexel and Wednesday s loss to Penn. Temple is the only one of the group that Nova will not play in Lisausky Lighting it Up: Senior forward Leah Lisausky is on a tear recently. In the Cats last two games, Lisausky has registered 15 shots, three goals and one assist. For the season, Lisausky is tied for the team lead in assists with three, points with 13 and shots on goal with 23. Welcome Home: The Wildcats return to Villanova Stadium for just the second time in On Wednesday, Sept. 17 Villanova defeated West Chester in its home opener, 2-0. The Cats will travel to Syracuse following today s game, and then begin a four-game homestand on the Main Line, against Monmouth, Boston College, La Salle and Providence. Weekend Woes: Villanova has not fared well on weekends in So far this season, the Cats are 1-4 on games played on either Saturday or Sunday. The Wildcats are winless on Saturdays, dropping games to Pacific and Connecticut. BIG EAST Blitz: Here is a look at the rest of the BIG EAST conference schedule this weekend: Boston College at Brown, Noon New Hampshire at Connecticut, 1:00 p.m. Providence at Harvard, 1:00 p.m. Rutgers at Georgetown, 1:00 p.m. Scouting the Opposition: St. Joseph s Hawks - The Cats lead the all-time series against their rivals from City Ave Last season, the Hawks took a 1-0 overtime victory at Finessey Field...The last Villanova win came in the most recent match-up at Villanova Stadium, a 4-0 win in The Wildcats have won five of the last six meetings between the schools...the Hawks are coming off a 3-0 loss to American, which was a continuation of a suspended game earlier in the season...st. Joe s leading scorer is Nicole Antonini, who has six goals and 13 points this season...amazingly, Antonini has just six shots on goal all season, and has scored on each one...the game marks the third in the City Six for Villanova...The Cats are currently 1-1 against their Philadelphia-area counterparts, while the Hawks are St. Joe s head coach Michelle Finegan, the program s all-time winningest coach, is back this season for her second stint leading the Hawks...Maureen Helms, sister of Villanova s Colleen Helms, plays for St. Joe s.
