Annotation. Impetuous increase of sportsmanship level in hockey among children and teenagers makes all trainers study thoroughly the process of young hockey players training at all stages of training, it is especially important at a health-improving stage and find the opportunities for its further development. The importance of the kinds of training changes at different stages of young hockey players training and it is connected with the age of the players, their mastership, an educational-training process and a competitive activity conditions. In the research works on technical training of hockey players at health-improving level only the aspects of its content are defined, but the factors, influencing the effectiveness of techniques teaching, their fulfillment and importance, are nor determined. That is why the aim of our research work is the importance of the factors, influencing the effectiveness of techniques teaching and their fulfillment by the hockey players at health-improving level. Material. The survey results among the trainers of the Russian regions who took part in Russian Ice hockey Championship are summarized. The results of the trainers findings on the factors, influencing the effectiveness of teaching techniques and their fulfillment at health-improving level are presented. Research methods: scientific literature analysis, survey among the sportsmen and trainers, the methods of mathematical statistics. Results. According to the results of the survey among the sportsmen and the trainers from 4 regions of Russia, the leading factors are revealed, influencing the effectiveness of teaching techniques and their fulfillment at health-improving level: Learning capability (training ability), Talent (natural gifts, inclinations), A child s mentality ; the data on the effectiveness of hockey players training according to the levels of sportsmanship are presented. Conclusion. On the basis of the carried out research work, taking into consideration the leading factors, influencing the effectiveness of teaching techniques and their fulfillment during hockey players training at health-improving level, it is possible to organize an effective educational-training process. Introduction. The importance of the kinds of training changes at different stages of young hockey players training and it is connected with the age of the players, their mastership, an educational-training process and a competitive activity conditions. At the health-improving stage (HIS) technical training (TT) is the main: from 5 kinds of training (physical, technical, psychological, theoretical, technical-tactical) it takes, according to the programs of young hockey players training [5;16], 70,3% of time in a yearly macro cycle. However, the results of the scientific-methodical literature analysis show that the held research works mainly concern highly qualified hockey players [3; 4; 6; 8; 11; 15], and in the research works on hockey players technical training at a health-improving stage [1; 5; 10; 11; 16] only the aspects of its content are determined. That is why they can t be a final variant: the factors, influencing the effectiveness of training and techniques fulfillment, are not defined.

2 Taking into account all mentioned above we formulated the aim of the research work to define the importance of the factors, influencing the effectiveness of training and techniques fulfillment by the hockey players at a health-improving stage. The methodology of a research work. The source of initial information during revelation of a problem situation was the results, got by means of a questionnaire survey which had a thought-out questions structure [2; 13; 14]. The questionnaire survey had a special order of the main informal and functionally subsidiary questions. The results of the research were handled by the methods used in pedagogical research works [2; 13; 14]. The questionnaire survey was held in the groups of the leading experts-trainers (n=18), working at ice hockey sport schools of the Olympic reserve for children and teenagers (SSORCT) in the regions of Povolzh e, the Ural-Western Siberia, Siberia-the Far East, Center. Most trainers have already worked with the hockey players at a health-improving stage and are the leading specialists in their training. The results of the research are presented in table 1. Research results and their interpretation. As it is seen from table 1, on the basis of literature analysis 24 factors on general features were revealed and systematized. These factors influence the effectiveness of training and techniques fulfillment in hockey players training at a health-improving stage: learning ability (training ability); the level of physical qualities; the level of psychic qualities development; a talent (natural gifts, inclinations); diligence; conditions for training; a trainer s qualification; scientific-methodical supply of training; anthropometric indices; a nervous system type; information about the parents; the technique of motional acts fulfillment on ice; the technique of motional acts fulfillment out of ice; a child s mentality; day regimen; a progress in teaching and techniques fulfillment; a player s prospectivity on the basis of a control of the fulfilled actions; the effectiveness of psychologic pedagogical and medical-biological means of the players working capacity renewal; the results of a complex control; psychological readiness of a player; a child s motivation in the lessons; parents interest in the lessons; a child s temperament; parents temperament. We also can see from table 1 that in Povolzh e the leading factor is Learning ability (training ability) - (a range index is 2,4±1,6). It is connected with the fact that a child s ability to learn, to fulfill the tasks and a trainer s orders provides the effectiveness of training. The second and the third places the trainers gave to the factors A talent (natural gifts, inclinations) - (a range index is 4,3±3,8) and A child s mentality a range index is 4,7±2,8). It is connected with the fact that a child s talent and his mentality provide his progress in training. In the region the Ural Western Siberia as the leading factor trainers mentioned A talent (natural gifts, inclinations) (a range index is 2,2±1,7). It is connected with a high level of abilities development which are revealed with the help of got skills and experience. The second and the third places the trainers gave to the factors A child s mentality - (a range index is 4,3±2,6) and Learning ability (training ability) - (a range index is 4,8±4,2). It is connected with the fact that a high level of learning ability provides more intensive thinking and a high level of mentality shows a high level of learning ability. In the region Center the leading factor is A talent (natural gifts, inclinations) - (a range index is 2,1±2,5). It proves that genetically conditioned features are the leading in case of a person s potential realization. The second and the third places the trainers gave to the factors Learning ability (training ability) - (a range index is 3,7±1,9) and A child s mentality - (a range index is 4,8±2,7). These factors provide a successful educational material mastering, a high speed of knowledge and skills accumulation.

4 In the region Siberia the Far East dominate the factors Learning ability (training ability) - (a range index is 2,5±1,1), A talent (natural gifts, inclinations) - (a range index is 2,5±1,5). It is connected with the fact that learning ability and a talent define the tempo of development in the process of teaching. The second and the third factors are Diligence - (a range index is 4,4±4,3) and A child s mentality - (a range index is 5,4±4,6). It is connected with the fact that purposeful actions through labor can lead to success in training. It is necessary to note that the best indices of the training effectiveness at SSORCT according to the levels of mastership (a number of pupils who participate or participated during different years on the following levels: National hockey League, a national team, Continental hockey League, Major hockey League, Youth hockey League (level A and B ); as the term of the trainers effective work were taken the following indices the time since a trainer works at SSORCT and till 2014 inclusively)) are in the regions of Povolzh e and the Ural- Western Siberia 40 and 96 pupils (table 2). Consequently, attention should be paid to the trainers conclusions from these regions while choosing the means and factors in hockey players training at a health-improving stage. Thus on the basis of a held research work we can state that the trainers ideas of the factors importance differ in different regions, but there are some general features which is connected with the conditions of young hockey players training and the trainers qualifications. Orientation to the leading factors, influencing the effectiveness of teaching and techniques fulfillment by the hockey players at a health-improving stage, allows the trainers effectively teach young hockey players to fulfill techniques and manage a training process.
