Exhibitors who have completed: 4th-6th grade minimum of 1 element of design 7th-8th grade minimum of 2 elements of design 9th-10th grade minimum of 1 art principle 11th-12th grade minimum of 2 art principles Help Sheets: -fair-award-forms. 12 Fair Phone Number for 4-H If you need to reach us during the fair and are not on the fairgrounds, you may call to reach one of our staff members or volunteers from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM on Monday-Friday of fair week.
