Health: Participants have to be in good physical conditions. The Organisation is not responsible for this. Distribution of start numbers: Friday, Uhr, at the Ammergauer Haus. Saturday, Uhr, at the Ammergauer Haus. Not withdrawn numbers will be available at the starting line on both racing days in Ettal from a.m. on. Change of registration: Changes from one racing day to another or from 10km to 23km distance to another are possible. A fee of 10,00 will be charged. 2 Group and Club registrations: up or Club (Groups must be min. 10 participants) leaders are kindly requested to withdraw the race numbers personally and to submit the paying in slip. Important Notice: All payments made by shall be reimbursed 50% (bank transfer charges deducted) of the subscription fee in case the race has to be canceled due to bad weather conditions. Payments from will not be reimbursed. Claims for reimbursement must be received by the year of the failed event. After in the year of the failed event we cannot refund. Transponder: Transponder will be taken off at the finisher line as they are property of the Sportsoft company, which is responsible for chronometry and result service. Runners not cooperating and not willing to deliver the transponder will be charged a penalty fee of 25,00. The organization has all participants data. Illness: In case of illness the registration fee will be credited for the following year when a physician s certificate is submitted. Bad weather: In case of bad weather or lack of snow the organization will shorten or modify the track. Transportation: On both eventing days departing from 7.30 a.m. on, and Sunday for the 23 km/10 km race classic technique departing from a.m. Bus stops are indicated in Oberammergau along the main road. Sonntag, at a.m., Start 23km/10km in classical technique Start area: The start line is situated 1 km south the junction before Ettal (direction Linderhof castle Reutte/Tirol). Start regulations: The lineup is defined by the organization, FIS. Participants competing on the long distance and who arrived among the first 100 in the forgone year have the right to start in the first group. Regarding the short distance the first 50 finishers of the foregone year will be considered for the first group. Limit time: Participants of the 50 km distance who have not reached Linderhof at 1.30 p.m. are considered out of the competition. Disqualification: Participants creating a jumped start on purpose are disqualified. As well as runners doing freestyle during the classic technique race. The jury will decide in case of reclamation. Parking: On the big parking area called Festplatz in Oberammergau right at the entrance of the town whenentering Oberammergau from the direction of Ettal. The Symposium and the awarding ceremony will be held at the "Hotel am Kofel". Worldloppet: Holders of passports Worldloppet have the opportunity to obtain participation stamp after the race in the finsih area. Worldloppet Passes can be purchased at Oberammergau house as well as in the finsih area. Returning the garment bag and catering: Bags will be handed out near the gym hall, where the catering is.. Showering: At the finish area in the gym hall. Guarded ski storage: Next to the gym hall you will find a guarded area, please deposit your skis and ski poles here. The organizer disclaims liability for skis and ski poles that have not been given into custody.
