ELIGIBILITY This event is open to all players who are over 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75 on the first day of the event. As specified by the WSF and ESF, players must hold an active Squash Player Identification Number (SPIN) to compete in all ESF Registered events. Players without a SPIN can register through the WSF website ( or through his National Association. SEEDING The seeding will be carried out by the Masters Sub- Committee Seeding Panel using the latest available ESF Masters Rankings valid at the closing date and in accordance with the ESF Masters Circuit Guidelines. The seeding and schedules will be published on esf.tournamentsoftware.com. SCORING All matches played will consist of the best of five games, under the rules of the WSF. All players are guaranteed a minimum of three matches. The Tournament Organisers reserve the right to organize plate matches consisting of the best of three games. PAR 11 scoring (to 2 clear points) will be used. REFEREEING All players will be expected to mark and referee matches. BALLS Dunlop PRO XX PRIZES There will be Trophies and Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each age group. DRAWS Maximum draw size: 64 for 3 day event. The seeding lists and time of the first matches will be published 7 days prior to the start date. Finalised draws for the event will only be posted at the venue and on the internet at the start of the event. INSURANCE Players enter and play in the tournament at their own risk. Neither the organisers nor the ESF will accept responsibility for any claims including for injury or accident. Suitable insurance must be organised by the player or the participating federation. ENTRIES All entries must be made through / endorsed by a player s national association. Any entry not approved by the player s national association will not be accepted. All entries must be computer filled on the official entry form and ed to PUBLISHING Czech Masters Open would be publishing draws, results, photos of players as well as live footage from matches, players and the venue. As this is a part of the Czech Masters Open tournament rules, the organizers will deem, that players and their accompany have accepted these regulations by entering the tournament. Following a withdrawal, fees should be reimbursed as follows: a) Withdrawal up to 14 days before the start date of a tournament: fees reimbursed in full (less bank charges) b) Withdrawal 3-14 days before the start date of a tournament: 50% of fees reimbursed (less bank charges) c) Withdrawal 2 days or less before the start date of a tournament: reimbursement at the discretion of the tournament organiser If a player: a) Has entered a tournament and fails to turn up, he/she will receive zero ranking points for the tournament b) Fails to play out all scheduled matches for any reason other than illness or injury, he/she will receive zero ranking points for the tournament HOTEL HOTEL BAROKO Tomsova 11/13, , Praha 10 c) Commits either of these offence for a second time within a 12 month period, he/she will be banned from the ESF Masters Circuit for a period of 12 months Reservations can only be made by the tournament organisers. We can offer also accommodation directly in the club Hector Sport. There is a limited number of four bed rooms equipped for sportsmen in good price. More details by - events@cz-squash.net TRANSPORT Players and officials paid Tournament package B, C, D, E, F, G will be picked-up and dropped off at Prague Airport or Prague main railway station. There will be a bus transfer service between the hotel and the club. RULES The event complies with the ESF Masters Circuit Guidelines, a copy of which is available on the ESF website www. europeansquash.com All participating MNAs should make sure that all relevant people (including coaches, managers and players) are aware of the Guidelines and their requirements.
