Printed Count Sheets Electronic Count Sheets Designed to help you automate item entry Prints only items with warehouse records Prints only in the warehouse they exist If done correctly printed sheets should match the electronic sheets Printed sheets have page numbers Each sheet can have up to 27 items

Program is used to Update OHB Distributor can open for Business while they continue to reconcile Inventory System keeps track of activity Sets the PHYS flag back to Y Writes a Transaction Audit Record if needed RUN WHEN COUNTS ARE COMPLETE.

Current OHB = 250 (stored in MBS102 using MBS171) Physical Count = 230 (entered through MBS177) Business resumes and Current OHB = 200 When the update is run System calculates difference between Count Stored OHB ( ) = -20 Difference is then added to the current OHB (-20) = 180
