2 FLYING ANGELS OPEN PACKET PICKUP Coaches should pick up their team s meet packet at the registration room located upstairs at the Toronto Track & Field Center beginning at 8:30 am. MEET ADMISSION All entry to the indoor track will be by wrist bands. Wrist bands for athletes and coaches will be distributed with the team s packet. Each team will be allotted 1 coaches wrist band for every 10 athletes registered. EVENT SCHEDULE A tentative schedule is enclosed. Events may be advanced or delayed by up to 30 minutes as deemed necessary A final schedule will be made available after the entries deadline. HEAT SHEETS & RESULTS Performance lists and results will be posted on the meet website beginning Thursday, January 15, Heat Sheets and results will be posted on the south wall and upstairs behind the stands. ATHLETE CHECK-IN All athletes must check in directly to their event when the event is called. AWARDS Flying Angels Open medals will be presented to the 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd place finishers in each event IMPLEMENT WEIGH-IN Implement inspections will be held at the event area beginning at 8:30 a.m. STARTING BLOCKS All starting blocks are provided by the host.

Go East (left) on Steeles, past Jane Street to the second set of lights. Turn right on Founders Road Take immediate first left entrance to parking lot. Follow the sidewalk west to the front of the Track and Field Centre. PARKING There is ample parking in the parking lot located east of the Track & Field Centre.
