7 . NEW BUSINESS/FROM THE OFFICE/FROM LAST MEETING: C-PHRF for Out of Area Pac Cup Participants should they use a US Sailing Measurer? See attached The question has come up if people from out of SF Bay are must use a US Sailing Certified Measurer if they want to try to get measured in their home port. After discussion the issue, the committee felt that yes, it was important that the measurer be US Sailing Certified. The current policy will remain as is. Sport Boat Definition "The NCPHRF Committee defines a Sport Boat as any boat with a SA_DW/D ratio <=61, a D/WL ratio <=105, carries a sprit and has a LWL <32. " Do we think this is still an appropriate measure for sport boats? Do we want Sport Boats to be sprit boats only or both? This discussion was tabled until the next meeting so Seadon could participate. I. II.
