2 Rumpf / Deck und Rigg: Isolation: Hull and deck inside down to 50 cm under water line isolated with 40 mm foam plates made of Polyurethane with Brom high quality custom made from Swiss company ALVEO S-Frame hull with vertical ribs standing on 15 mm keel bottom Ribs L 40 x 20 mm in hull and 20 x 10 mm in deck Distance of ribs: Bow and stern section 30 cm, mid ships 40 cm and deck 20 cm Planks: kiel 6 mm, hull 5 mm, deck and superstructure 4 mm Watertight bulkheads between bow and saloon as well as saloon and stern section Watertight engine room with strong doors Bowsprit, sternsprit, mast support, rubbing strake and other parts are made of stainless All steel parts are varnished with 2 component paint. Doghouse painted with D1 and D2 by Owatrol. Hull was matallic blank sanded and sealed with 2 component Epoxy primer. Followed by 3 layers Epoxy and 2 layers Epoxy heavy coat. Above the waterline followed by 3 x AWL Grip primer and 4 x AWL Grip Flag blue color. Superstructure is the same but AWL Grip Oyster White. In 2005 the hull and deck were sanded and painted with AWL Grip Flag Blue and International Oyster White in New Zeeland. Rigging was designed and built by Mueller&Hans in Germany Masts are made by Sparcraft with an airdraft of 17m and 13m made in one piece without shafting.
