1 ANNOUNCEMENT Sperian Respiratory Protection USA, LLC, a Company is pleased to announce our next SCBA regulator repair/maintenance training class to be held in Pembroke Pines, Florida on February 7 th, 8 th and 9 th We will conduct two sessions, as follows: SCBA Technician Recertification class is a one day class Tuesday, February 7 th Recertification Class (Open ONLY to Current Certified SCBA Technicians, recertifying on MARK 2, SIGMA, or Panther/Cougar Series SCBA) Panther/Cougar Series SCBA Technician Training is a two day class Wednesday, February 8 th Thursday, February 9 th Panther/Cougar Series Initial Training Panther/Cougar Series Rebuild, Troubleshooting and Testing Attendees MUST be Survivair / Sperian users or authorized Honeywell / Sperian service providers with a PosiChek 3. Students will be required to score 80% or better on a written examination and successfully demonstrate skills require to maintain their specific Survivair / Sperian SCBA to be certified. STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING. Their own tools (maximum 2 students per tool box) All lubricants and sealants (consumables) to support their SCBA 1 SCBA per 2 Students 1 Overhaul Kit for your version of Survivair SCBA A repair class tool list is attached to this form A non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 (per person) for the Recertification class and $ (per person) for the Panther/Cougar SCBA class is required 14 days prior to the class.
