6 CAL 2000 CALIBRATION GAS INSTRUMENT The CAL 2000 provides unmatched versatility and accuracy in corrosive calibration gases. Field replaceable electrochemical generating sources provide a standard for accurately calibrating chlorine, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen, hydrogen cyanide, and hydrogen sulfide gas sensors. The CAL 2000 is microprocessor controlled and has an LCD display allowing field adjustable concentration and flow rate. The generating sources are interchangeable and field replaceable. Best of all, the CAL 2000 generating source provides up to 50 times as much calibration gas as a disposable cylinder at approximately the cost of just two cylinders. 8 CAL 2000LT CALIBRATION GAS INSTRUMENT The CAL 2000 LT is an economical alternative for calibration of corrosive gas detection equipment. The CAL 2000 LT is a microprocessor controlled calibration gas instrument with interchangeable and field replaceable gas generating sources. Each source provides up to 25 cylinders or 25 hours worth of gas at a fraction of the cost. A built-in mass flow sensor automatically compensates for altitude and temperature. The instrument is available in preset flow-rates of 0.5 or 1.0 LPM. Generating sources are rated at 10 or 25 hours and are available for chlorine, hydrogen, hydrogen cyanide and hydrogen sulfide. A gas concentration must be specified when ordering generating sources over a range of 1 to 25 PPM in whole PPM increments. To change gas type or concentration simply insert a different source into the instrument. 14 GENie O3 CALIBRATION GAS INSTRUMENT The GENie O3 portable calibration gas standard is small and lightweight for calibrating the most difficult to reach Ozone sensors. The GENie O3 will calibrate nearly any Ozone gas sensor or detection system on the market by utilizing its internal mass flow sensor and ultraviolet light source to provide accurate levels of Ozone gas to the end user. Ozone gas cannot be stored in cylinders and must be generated on site, therefore there are no calibration gas cylinders of ozone available on the market. The GENie O3 comes with an NIST certificate of calibration to +/- 10 %, providing exceptional accuracy as well as high precision. The unparalleled long life source in the instrument has an expected life of up to five hundred hours of use, allowing for extremely low cost calibrations over the life of the source. The GENie QC-1 generates ammonia calibration gas by utilizing a sealed glass ampule that is broken for use, the GENie QC-1 is the perfect tool for anyone calibrating fixed or portable ammonia sensors. 18 CAL 101 CALIBRATION GAS INSTRUMENT Our most economical electrochemical gas instrument. The CAL 101 calibrates different gas detection systems and gases with one instrument. Its field interchangeable calibration gas sources enable the ability to switch gases on the fly and provide a calibration standard for accurately testing Chlorine, Hydrogen Sulfide, Hydrogen and Hydrogen Cyanide sensors. 20 MiniBump CALIBRATION GAS OR BUMP TESTER The MiniBump for intrinsically safe and economical bump testing. The MiniBump is the smallest, most lightweight and adaptive calibration gas source on the market. It is our lowest entry cost product as well as our simplest to use. It is certified to be intrinsically safe for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres. The MiniBump operates with interchangeable generating sources providing either fixed concentration output for calibration, or bump output to drive your detector into alarm for operational verification. 24 Standard Warranty Gas Calibration Instruments We warrant gas calibration equipment manufactured and sold by us to be free from defects in materials, workmanship and performance for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Any parts found defective within that period will be repaired or replaced, at our option, free of charge, F.O.B. factory. This warranty does not apply to those items which by their nature are subject to deterioration or consumption in normal service, and which must be cleaned, repaired, or replaced on a routine basis. Such items may include: a. Electrochemical type generating sources b. Quick Check Vials (QCV) c. Batteries d. Fuses e. Air Filters All sources are warranteed for one year or the life of the source, whichever comes first. Warranty is voided by abuse including rough handling, mechanical damage, alteration or repair procedures not in accordance with the instruction manual. This warranty indicates the full extent of our liability, and we are not responsible for removal or replacement costs, local repair costs, transportation costs or contingent expenses incurred without our prior approval. Advanced Calibration Designs, Inc. s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, and returning any product which shall be returned to Advanced Calibration Designs, Inc. at its manufacturing facilities, with transportation charges prepaid, and which Advanced Calibration Designs, Inc. s Material Review Board examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to have been defective.
