AC servo-motor is equipped for length measuring system. The harness length can be measured by digital method, thus, required time length adjustment can be reduced sharply. With the use of the new type sequence controller, high-speed production is possible, i.e..8 seconds/cycle for double-ended harness when L=1mm (1.61"), and. seconds for single-ended harness when L=mm (1.772").
