Sales and installation of winter garden sun protection Awnings Facade awnings Blackout protection Glare protection Insect protection Umbrellas After more than 2 years of development our ASG sun protection lamella from extruded aluminium goes into series production.

4 The key element in the development of ASG Aluminium sun protection lamella is the section. Facts: Sun: As soon as the sun stands more than 22 above the Horizon direct irradiation is completely eliminated. Wind: The maximum proofed wind speed onto the ASG sun protection system with a simulated façade panel, tested by ift Rosenheim: V max = 35m/s. That makes the ASG sun protection system approx. 130% more stable in wind than traditional external venetian blinds and approx. 210% more stable than textile sun protection systems.

5 The sun protection curtain with lamellas, from extruded aluminium, is characterised by its high stability. The clear space of 26% between the individual profiled sections ensures that visibility to the outside remains high even with the blind closed. Weight ca. 3,9 kg/m² Color: standard silver anodizes E6 C0 other colors available according to EURAS-colorcard. Drop-profile made from extruded aluminium (25 x 25 mm) standard silver anodizes E6 C0, with weight and lateral sliders made from POM.

6 For Sun and Wind Up to now, in sunny and windy areas, it has always been necessary to develop special and expensive solutions in order to provide an ideal working environment under conditions of direct Sun Light. ASG can be employed without any problems at wind speeds up to 90 km/h.

8 Technical datas Curtain Curtain from extruded aluminium lamella with light / ventilation slots measuring 140 x 1,6 mm. The shape of the lamella reflects the latest lighting and energy know-how. Top surface 38 mm². Weight approx. 3,90 kg/m². Curtain held securely in place as standard on both sides from top to bottom so that the lamella cannot become laterally misaligned. Drop Profile Made of extruded aluminium 25 x 25 mm, silver anodizes E6 C0, weighted with lateral gliders.

9 Guide rails Single guide rail 45 x 43 mm Double guide rail 84 x 43 mm for the mounting on the facade or window frames without visible screw joints and with special piping to the noise insulation.
