Are all the relief devices installed? Are all the temporary plugs removed? QA department check certification Are all the QA requirements met for this sub system? Safety Committee check certification Are all the safety requirements met for this sub system, which includes mechanical and electrical? 29

30 Helium Gas Storage Piping Connect the 8 helium storage gas tanks and the other associated valve racks and piping as follows Prepare the gas tanks per specification A-0020 Rev-00 (SNS Direction for Helium Gas Storage Area) Install the piping per specification A-0011 Rev-00 (SNS CHL Helium Gas Storage System Piping Specification) Clean the system as stated in the above specifications Complete the pressure check and leak check as stated in the above specifications Provide the installation check and the six certifications to the commissioning group 30

31 Compressor Room Piping Connect the 6 helium compressors, gas management and the other associated piping as follows Install the piping per specification A-0012 Rev-00 (SNS CHL Helium Compressor Room Piping System Specification) Clean the system as stated in the above specifications Complete the pressure check and leak check as stated in the above specifications Provide the installation check and the six certifications to the commissioning group 31
