17 17 THINK AHEAD: PLAN FOR RAO DEVELOPMENT In accordance with 40 CFR Part (e)(i), the Lead Agency shall Establish Remedial Action Objectives (RAOs) specifying contaminants and media of concern, potential exposure pathways, and remediation goals.
