SR LR Outcome Indoor Sportshall Fire / evacuation x Fire exits from sports hall clearly marked Collection point identified at the back of Sportshall VIP Area. Team Managers briefed as to evacuation points Queen Margaret s staff present trained to evacuate people in the event of an emergency Staff, volunteers, team managers and parent to assist with evacuation of the participants. Swimming Pool Fire / evacuation 3 x Fire exits from swimming pool clearly marked Queen Margaret s Normal Operating Procedures in place (Queen Margaret s staff present trained to evacuate people in the event of an emergency) Copy of NOP attached x QM Lifeguard (Head Guard) managing any Trained Lifeguards adhering to site NOP Collection point identified adjacent to Dining Hall - clearly identified as Fire Assembly Point D First Aid Kits available in Pool and Sports Hall Complex. SR LR Outcome Coach drop off / pick up (Including Staff & Disability Parking Area) Route marshalled by event staff / Parking Staff Team managers briefed on pick up/drop off arrangement within Team Managers Packs Clear signage of route Coaches drop off and not parking on site Movement of participants around the site (Participant route) Clear signage of route (including map insert in brochure) Out of bounds areas barrier taped off and clearly marked Out of Bounds Caution Uneven Surface signs in place around the participant route. Sports Events (Each Sport) Each lead NGB / Sport Officer has completed and submitted a risk assessment specific to the grounds they are using and sport they are playing. Outdoor Pool Area Clearly marked Out of Bounds / No Access. Pool area barrier taped off and entrance gate locked for the duration of the event. Team Managers / Spectators briefed as part of morning briefing that this area is out of bounds for everyone Main Car Park Participant Entrance to QM site Cattle Grid barrier taped off with No Access signs in place. All first aid issues to be dealt with by first aid staff who will be in radio contact.
