2 1. ccess apital Replacement Tool There are two ways to navigate to the apital Replacement Tool (RT).. fter you log in to the RRO Home page, you can use the Quick Link to directly access the apital Replacement Tool, or. From the Home page, click on the Update Data tab at the top of the page or the Update Data graphic in the middle of the page. This will bring you to the Update Data page.. lick on the apital Replacement Tool to access the RT Home page.

3 2. Navigate apital Replacement Tool - Home Page. The apital Replacement Home Page lists the Garrison(s) and facilities to which you have access.. n indicates the equipment category must be reviewed, updated, and validated for the current reporting period.. will appear once all the equipment for a particular category has been reviewed, updated, and validated for the current reporting period. D. Select a physical fitness facility to view each category and update equipment data. D

4 3. Navigate apital Replacement Tool Equipment Page. Select a category to display the full list of HQ Purchased (ore) and Garrison Purchased equipment for that category.. Select the On-Hand tab to view the Total Quantity On-Hand Value, aseline Standard Value, and Total Life ycle Rating for each type of equipment. The list is separated with HQ Purchased (ore) equipment listed first and Garrison Purchased equipment listed second.. The Total Quantity On-Hand and aseline Standards columns show the respective values for each type of equipment. H D. The Total Equipment Life ycle Rating column displays the roll-up RG (Red, mber, or Green) score for each type of equipment. E. Select the expand button to view the Install Date, Usage (specific cardio equipment only), and Life ycle Rating for each piece of equipment. E F G D F. The Install Date and Quantity columns show the respective information for each piece of equipment. G. The Life ycle Rating column displays the individual RG (Red, mber, or Green) score for each piece of equipment. H. The status indicator identifies whether or not the equipment category is sufficiently updated, reviewed, and validated for aseline Standards submittal.

5 4. Navigate apital Replacement Tool dd Equipment. Select the + dd Equipment tab and the dd Equipment dialog window will appear.. enches/racks, Free Weight, Functional Fitness, Miscellaneous, and Selectorized equipment may be grouped and added based on install date. To add equipment: Select the Equipment Name, Enter the Quantity value Select the Install Date for the equipment group. ardiovascular equipment must be added as individual pieces and cannot be grouped. Select Equipment Name Enter the Serial Number Enter the Usage Strides : daptive Motion Trainer (MT) and Elliptical Miles: Treadmill Revolutions: Recumbent ike and Upright ike Select the Manufacturer (Elliptical Only) Select the Install Date D. Select dd to add the new piece(s) to either the HQ Purchased (core) equipment or Garrison Purchased equipment list or select ancel to discard changes. D D

6 5. Navigate apital Replacement Tool Update Equipment. ll cardiovascular equipment must be added as individual pieces in the apital Replacement Tool worksheet.. The Usage column appears for specific cardiovascular equipment. - Strides are required for daptive Motion Trainers (MT) and Ellipticals - Miles are required for Treadmills - Revolutions or Revs are required for Recumbent ikes, Spin ikes, and Upright ikes.. Ellipticals are the only ardiovascular equipment that requires a Manufacturer selected. D. Select Save to save equipment updates to either the HQ Purchased (core) equipment or Garrison Purchased equipment list or select ancel to discard changes. D

7 6. Navigate apital Replacement Tool Equipment Validation. The S Equipment worksheet will not be submittable, until all equipment categories are reviewed, updates validated, and marked Ready for S Submission in the apital Replacement Tool.. The WRNING notification in the S worksheet indicates that the data has not been marked as Ready for S Submission in the apital Replacement tool.

8 7. Navigate apital Replacement Tool Marking Ready for S Submission. The yellow status box indicate whether the Total On-Hand values for each equipment category is synched to S. fter updating and adding each item under the equipment category, select the Mark as Ready for S Submission in order to validate in S.. Select I gree to confirm that the equipment category is ready for S Submission.. The update status box changes to Ready for S Submission after the Mark as Ready for S Submission button is selected. NOTE: Updates may not be required for all equipment categories, however, all the categories must be marked Ready for S Submission before submitting equipment worksheets.

9 8. Navigate apital Replacement Tool dd Equipment fter Worksheet Validation. For any new equipment added after the equipment list has been marked as Ready for S Submission, a green NEW symbol will appear next to that equipment piece.. The Total On-Hand column calculates all equipment added, and synchs the On-hand value to S Equipment if the current aseline Standards ssessment reporting window is still open. If the window has closed, the new equipment will appear in the equipment worksheet for the following quarter.

10 9. Navigate apital Replacement Tool Dispose Equipment. To dispose of equipment, on the On-Hand tab, expand the equipment item, and click on the Dispose link under the ction column.. pop-up window will appear to provide details of the equipment s disposal; all fields are required.. lick Dispose to remove the piece of equipment from the On-Hand tab and add it to the Disposed tab or ancel to discard changes.
