2 Introduction Facts an Figures 250 active racing children and 25active coaches in season 2015/16 ~90 days on snow per year (inkl. races) trainings starts in september until may; set up depends on age group. U14 and U16 have a more intense program with weekly camps in september and october and after that long weekends of 3-4 days. Training camps in September at Juvas glacier in Norway, October in Stubaital Austria, short weekends in Funäsdalen during November and December. Ski fitness training for 2 times per week; pre-season. Ski training 2-3 times per week + races in weekends. Five own organised races per year on our small slope provided we have snow. Social events in spring and fall with families plus during camps. It is located 5 min from the city center We have 45 thousands inhabitants We have a small ski hill on the island where we have our practices. It is only 75 meters high. 5 The of the 3. Easter holidays at Åre We have several families that have houses in Åre and spend time there over Easter. There is also one of Swedens biggest downhill races there at that time with good traing before. You could make a tour with fun races in Sundsvall SL, GS and Parallell, then you go to Åre and take part in the Gold Helmet camp and Race, together with kids from Lidingö. SUNDSVALL RACE 25,26,27 MARCH, CAMP MARCH, RACE 1,2 AND 3 APRIL Another alternative is a famly race called Skute Skjutet. It is also Downhill in Åre. Then we can make more events together. Very fun event in Åre. LAST WEEKEND IN APRIL 23/4 Last possibility is to further North to Tärnaby and the Ingmar Trofée. This is an international competion with people from all over the world. Here we could arrange a camp together for two days and the 3 days of racing. LAST WEEKEND IN APRIL International partnership
