My next trip was to Australia/New Zealand/Fiji, where I met my future wife, Juli. Since getting married in 2007, I have accompanied her to the NSCF meetings, and have met some wonderful and interesting people, like you! 12 Benjamin Tomczak Connecticut Ski Council I learned to snowboard in 2009 when I was living in the Japanese Alps teaching English. As soon as I moved back to the States in 2012, I joined the Hamilton Sundstrand Ski Club. I soon became an officer and served as our club's representative to the Connecticut Ski Council during the '15-'16 season.
