3 OVERVIEW Our Residential Program in Hawaii, offered by BCN Sports as official partner of FC Barcelona in Hawaii and in collaboration with Iolani School, will offer a comprehensive training regime which is designed to challenge young athletes and progressively develop their skills and confidence. The players will train and stay together in a fantastic facility which has a residence in the same complex and provides all kinds of amenities. The participants of our residential program will be taking part in the FC Barcelona training camp during the day, while during the evening they enjoy time with their teammates doing leisure activities. 4 PACKAGE INFORMATION The Residential program is for those players that are looking to have a Barça experience in one of the greatest destinations and under one of the best coaching style of the world. Players will be able to be part of Barça Academy Soccer camps during the day as well as experience a wide of different activities in the evening. 1 Week 2 Weeks

5 FOOTBALL PACKAGE AGE GROUP & COMPANIONS Born between 2007 and 2002 Residential Program Players may travel by themselves or with a companion, however will have to register individually into the program. For those players that are traveling by themselves a pick up at the airport can be arranged upon request. Accommodation All players will be staying at Iolanis Residence and will be sharing the accommodation with a teammate. Companion Players will be sharing rooms with theirs teammates so no companions will be allowed on this Residential program

6 IOLANI SCHOOL ʻIolani School, is a private coeducational college preparatory school serving over 1,800 students. Iolani counts with the best training and dorms facilities of Hawaii. Our players will have the pleasure to be one of the first guest in their brand new residence. s will be held for second year in a row at the Iolani s soccer field. 9 ACTIVITIES BARÇA CAMPS As a result of participating in this workshop, athletes on a team will have a better understanding of the need to work as a cohesive unit to accomplish team goals and will examine their approach to excellence. Topics covered in this workshop include preparing for success, embracing the pressure, trusting your instincts, effective goal-setting, perseverance in difficult situations and leadership skills. Application of these skills to areas outside of athletics is reinforced throughout the presentation.

10 ACTIVITIES NORTH SHORE TOUR SURF LESSON We will take you to the beautiful country of North Shore Oahu. Surround Players will attend to a surf lesson. You could not leave Hawaii without trying yourselves with the Jurassic mountains, waterfalls and real Hawaii! Also enjoy to ride a wave! the famous surfing beaches like Pipeline, Sunset Beach and Waimea bay. Last but not least, get close to Hawaiian green sea turtles, and simply cruise on the best beaches on the island of Oahu!

11 ACTIVITIES SUNSET BEACH SOCCER ACTIVITY FRIENDLY GAME Players will get the chance to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets while Players joining for the full experience will put in place what they learned during doing what they love. Unique experience to enjoy with your teammates! the first week against a local club*. *If we do not achieve enough players of the same age to build a squad, the players will be joining some local club to play a game

12 ACTIVITIES TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES Every afternoon the players will be developing team building activities as well as leisure activities around the Iolani School facilities. The school counts with a swimming pool that would be available to run some of those activities
