You asked and we listened to your suggestions, we now have newer jet skis that hold from 1 to 3 people. In addition to our larger jet ski inventory, we still have boats, canoes, kayaks, jet skis, SUP boards (stand up and paddle), along with all the accessories you would need to be safe on the water. (issuing state) List names and ages of other persons using the ski This document will be used as a contract between Finley s Jet Ski Rental and the renter. I agree to return equipment in the same condition as hen rented. I further agree to pay for all equipment broken or lost or any damage done whatsoever to the rental equipment. Each motor is tested and checked at the dock before it leaves. I rent this jet ski entirely at my own risk and assume all responsibilities for all performance while it/they are under lease to me according to Michigan Boat Safety Rules. I agree to put no other person aboard except those who have rented this equipment, nor will I put aboard any equipment that will exceed the maximum weight load of the jet ski. Any and all claims arising as a result of incidents involving said rented equipment are the sole responsibility of the undersigned during the rental period and the renter ill hold Finley s Jet Ski Rental LLC free and harmless of any action or lawsuits. Any and all damage including props will be paid for immediately upon returning said equipment or last equipment to Finley s Jet Ski Rental LLC and related entities and owners. IF JET SKI GETS STUCK, IS FOUND, REPORTED OR SEEN ON LAKE MICHIGAN A RECKLESS HANDLING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED up to and including $500 plus the cost of repairs or recovery. JET SKIS ARE TO BE RETUNED CLEAN OR RENTER IS TO PAY $50 CLEANING CHARGE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASSESS A LATE FEE MINIMUM OF $50.
