PROGRAM Join us on this amazing week of strong yoga asana, mind-ful meditation and clean eating. This retreat incorporates an OMazing 7 nights in the tranquil Vikasa Retreat in Koh Samui, Thailand. Our aim is for you to feel strong, fit, healthy, nourished and revitalised whilst having a relaxing vacation in tropical paradise! Daily life will revolve around open-air yoga classes in the sala over-looking the ocean, delicious and healthy organic meals, thai-style massages, relaxing by the pool or taking a dip in the ocean.

Whether you are new to yoga or well established in your yoga practice, Warrior One classes and workshops will cater to all levels. As all your activities are optional, you have the choice to go hard or just sip cocktails by the pool. It s your vacation so you choose your own yogi adventure! After travelling the world as a professional surfer he settled in Melbourne with his wife, Nova. Dustin is a qualified yoga teacher in four different styles; Barkan Hot Yoga, Vikasa Yoga and Yoga Tune Up and AcroVinyasa. He is also a professional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete; training, coaching and competing within Australia and internationally. Dustin is brings his martial arts and surfing background to his yoga classes. Through a daily yoga practice Dustin has found strength, flexibility, increased recovery, body awareness and an overall balanced lifestyle. Dustin

4 brings a unique perspective and a strong uplifting energy to his classes. Nova is also a qualified Vikasa Yoga and AcroVinyasa teacher and will be available in all classes for extra 1:1 adjusting and will assist you in getting the most out of your sessions. Her role is to help you become familiar with the island of Koh Samui and to be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding yoga, classes, and what do to on the island. YOGA STYLES Warrior One Slow Flow Energize, rebalance & reset. Start your day with an energizing flow designed to wake you up and get you moving. Gently wake up your body and build heat leaving you open and alert to take on your day. This strong yet steady practice will reset your mind and body. Warrior One Power Flow Energize, strengthen & tone. Maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of powerful postures. This style builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on alignment. Postures may be held for longer periods of time and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. Warrior One Yin Restore, refresh & renew. A complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles. WO Yin restores and allows the body to gently stretch and open within a pose by using props for support allowing for deep and therapeutic relaxation. This peaceful, recuperative class will de-stress and nurture the body and mind.

6 ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS (it s hard too choose! We love them all) ZEN BUNGALOW Each bungalow is built from eco bamboo materials offering cozy environment with a small ensuite bathroom (hot shower). Bed is twin-size mattress suitable for one person only. Bungalows are fan cooled; there is a mosquito net over bed, electricity 220V, and a safe box. YOGA CAVE Suitable for single occupancy only the room is quite small but warm and homelike with stunning sea views. All rooms feature twin-size bed, A/C, electricity 220V, and a safety box. Note that Yoga Caves use common bathroom and shower shared by 7 rooms. Facilities are located just around the corner. OCEAN TWIN BEDS Offered for double occupancy only. Twin beds by default but can be transformed into one king bed. Beds are equipped with high quality mattress and linen. Each room has a

7 balcony, A/C, ensuite bathroom with shower, mini fridge, coffee/ tea making, safety box. Sea view varies. OCEAN KING BED Most rooms are located on a higher level of property hence sea views are better. OCEAN FRONT KING BED Each room features a king bed offering exquisite panoramic views of the ocean. How many spots are available on this retreat? This is an intimate retreat. We have a maximum of 20 spots available. 2. How much yoga can I expect to do on this retreat? As much or as little as you wish! We will offer 2 x 75 to 90 minute yoga sessions each day. There will also be workshops, mediation and additional yoga classes on offer. Due to our small class sizes you can expect lots of personal attention.

8 3. How far away are the beaches? Some of the best beaches in Koh Samui are just a few minutes walk away! Other beaches around the island can be reached by taxi. 4. Can you accommodate my special diet? Yes! We can accommodate your dietary preferences. Please be sure to inform us of allergies before the retreat. You will be served exquisitely prepared, health conscious and largely vegetarian traditional Thai meals every day. 5. How do I get there? A. The fastest/easiest route is to fly into Bangkok (BKK) and take a flight to Koh Samui (USM) via Bangkok Airways or Thai Airways. B. You can also fly to Singapore or KL and then fly directly to Koh Samui. C. The budget conscious and those with a little more time can also fly from Bangkok (DMK) to Surat Thani (URT) via Air Asia or Nok Air and take a high speed catamaran to Koh Samui. Purchase ferry tickets at Surat Thani airport. These include the shuttle bus ride to the pier. *Please note this option requires you to change airports in Bangkok. We provide ground transport from the airport or ferry dock. Please send us your travel details as soon as you have them and please don t forget to update us if the airline changes your arrival or departure time. 6. What travel documents do I need? Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after your planned date of departure from Thailand. Holders of regular Australian passports, arriving by air for the purposes of tourism, may enter Thailand for up to 30 days without requesting a visa in advance. Please check the visa entry requirements for other passport holders. 7. What currency should I bring? Australian dollars or USD can be exchanged for Thai baht at banks and the airport. ATMs are everywhere and are an easy way to get Thai baht.
