CODEGREEN 8 electronic vehicle-charging stations for guest use. 90% of all light bulbs converted to LED. 42 tons materials recycled each month. An on-site garden where we grow fresh veggies for our restaurants. CodeGreen is our all-encompassing effort to reduce our eco-footprint while enhancing our guests experience. 15 COMMUNITIES WIN BIG Through our Code of Commitment the entire Harrah s Resort Southern California team is dedicated to making local communities healthy and vibrant places to work. We do this by offering a helping hand. In addition to dedicating thousands of volunteer hours and in-kind donations to causes we value, the Harrah s Resort SoCal team developed All-in 4 Change, a unique program that expands our reach and allows communities to choose the charities we help. In 2015 voters selected 10 worthy causes to receive much-needed funds. Now in year three, All-in 4 Change has continued to grow, giving away $150,000 among 15 charities. Through time, energy, passion and commitment, Harrah s Resort SoCal teammates continue to make us proud. BY THE NUMBERS 20 charities receive aid from Harrah s Resort SoCal. Over 100,000 hours of volunteer time has been donated since Since 2002, more than $3 million in cash and in-kind donations have been donated. We have adopted and cleaned up 2 public areas: Lake Wohlford in Escondido and Buccaneer Beach in Oceanside. Since its launch in 2015, All-in 4 Change has donated over $292,000 to more than 37 worthy causes throughout Southern California.
