3 ANATOMY OF A WATER BASIN/BOWL Water Basin Water Supply Allows for filling of water into the Basin / Bowl. Stationary Unit Can simply be set into the Basin / Bowl or if desired, bolted into the structure. Can be created by using any material that can hold water. Concrete or landscape pavers with a membrane liner are the most common types. Water Level Sensor An accessory offered by Aqua Control. Allows for the Basin / Bowl to be automatically filled with water or can shut the fountain off in low water situations. Connects at the Control Panel. Power Supply Conduit: Houses the power cords that connect the included Control Panel to the Fountain and Lighting. 72

4 Below is an illustration of a typical Water Basin/Bowl. The illustration details the components that can be incorporated during the construction of the Water Basin/Bowl. The components shown are not required to create a water feature. In fact, the only three required components are the Fountain, Power Supply Conduit and the Water Basin/Bowl. All other components are construction options. Drain Valve Key Opens and closes drain in the Basin / Bowl. Overflow Drain Allows for excess water in the Basin / Bowl to exit into the sewer pipe.
