A team of educators came together for the first time as CIE teachers. Sessions of ideating, putting lesson plans together and trainings culminated in the doors of TSRS being opened to students eager to learn the Cambridge way. 4 Grade 9 Stirring Minds with Physics! Making their maiden venture into Shri Khoj, Malaika Gupta and Raavya Arora from IG IX captured the imagination and interest of the audience and judges with their magnetic stirrer, thus finding the perfect solution to mixing chemicals in laboratories. All ears as students attempt their mock Spanish listening test paper Economics: A mock market system was enacted where the students acted as businessmen to put into application their theoretical understanding of a market economy A taste of the real world Competitive market simulation

5 Scripting, Directing and Filming our own Urban Legend. (IG 6) We discovered a love for poetry by reading poems beyond the text book and did plenty of research on them. We learnt the technical aspects of a poem like rhythm and metre, but most importantly we learnt to write our own poems and appreciate a poet s thoughts. Abhimanyu Saighal (IG 6A) Chemical Bonding! Acquainting students with lab procedures, apparatus and rules. The Human Body: No longer a Puzzle! Familiarising students with terms related to the human body Unravelling the mysteries that lie beyond the realms of men, students made discoveries and formed connections between inter stellar space and music, art, literature and photography.

6 A Cinematic Treat! Students watched the French movie Belle et Sébastien and Les dessins animés - Caillou and Le Petit Nicolas, to revise animals, colours and descriptions. PSHE and Beyond! Students viewed Muzzy en Gondolandia, a BBC TV Series and Barney el camion, a you tube series to revise numbers and colours in Spanish. To sensitise students on the ill effects of bursting crackers, students were shown a video clip depicting inhumane child labour conditions in which crackers are manufactured.

7 Accolades Keya Kataria (IG IX B) secured the second position in an art competition conducted by the Hindustan Times. The theme was 'Save the Girl Child' Armaan Kalsi won two gold medals and one silver at the School District Level and two gold and three silver medals at the Open District Level.
