In the event such personnel are present, parents or guardians of swimmers under the age of 18 who do not wish to have photos or videos of their athletes made, are required to contact the Meet Director prior to the beginning of warm-ups. 2 Entry Restrictions: Venue Assignments: This meet is open to all public and private high school teams who are current ( ) members of the AAHSSL. There are minimum qualifying times on six (6) events, three girls and three boys, please see four (4) Entry times may be challenged Swimmers must have at some time (lifetime best) achieved the minimum cut-off time for each of those events they choose to enter. If a challenge results in an entry time being declared invalid, the swimmer will be disqualified from further participation in the meet Any team accumulating three (3) invalid entries will be banned from further participation in the meet and their school s principal notified Rules: Entry Procedures: Entries: The National Federation of State High School Association Swimming and Diving Rules will apply Swimmers will not be considered to be officially entered into the meet until actually stepping up on the starting platform or into the water, i.e., there will be no penalty for scratches or no-shows.
