3 Tournament format The tournament consists of two parts. First teams will play 6 qualification matches using the Swiss system. After this, depending on their ranking after these qualifying matches, teams will be assigned to one of the 3 disciplines: rookies, semi- pro or pro. For example:` 72 teams First 24 teams play the pro category Number will play the semi- pro category will play the rookie category Swiss system In the qualification rounds we will play following the swiss system. This means you play 7 rounds and every round you ll play against opponents that had the same results in previous matches. The first round is open, the computer randomily draws any team/player competing that day. Example: If you lost 2 games and won 3, your next game will be against an opponent who also lost 2 games and won 3. Qualification rounds In the qualification rounds you will play the best of 3 games, games are played to 5 goals. If the score is 1-1 in games, the final game must be won by a 2 goals difference with a maximum of 8 goals, 7-7 is a draw. All categories play shared qualifications. This means everyone plays against everyone and the rank with which you will enter your specific category s KO stage depends on your general ranking after 7 qualification rounds. KO stage All finals will be played in the single knockout format, except for categories that consist of less than 9 teams/players. These categories will play a double KO schedule. The KO stage is played by the best of 5 games, so you must win 3 sets to win the game. The exceptions are the Semi- pro and Rookie finals in the open categories who play the best of 3 games. If it comes to a final game this must be won by a 2 goals difference with a maximum of 8 goals. The matches will be fixed according to the teams ranking after qualifying. For example: If you enter the pro category ranked last, you will play against the number 1. Female, Senoir, Junior & Disabled categories If 4 or more teams in one of these categories are registered, we will offer special KO stages in these categories. Again, if between 4 and 8 teams/players are registered they will play Double KO in the KO stage, if there are more than 8 teams/players registered Single KO will be held. 4 Tables We will play on max. 20 Leonhart pro tournament tables. This is the official ITSF competion table. We have one main table for finals and other great matches. There will be some practice tables for free play. Registration It s possible to register at the tournament on the day,of the tournament, but we strongly advise you to register in advance. You can do so by: - Filling out this google form: - sending an to info@clubfoos.com containing your full names ( for doubles with teammember ) and the disciplines you are going to play Registration fee The registration fee allows you to compete the whole day and includes the fee for the DYP. Doubles: 20 euro per person Singles: 20 euro per person Juniors ( born in 1996 or later): 50% fee reduction Payments can only be made in cash at the tournament site 3

The scores can be viewed on a big screen so you can follow the tournament.
