3 Tournament format The tournament consists of two parts. First teams will play 8 qualification matches using the Swiss system. After this, depending on their ranking after these qualifying matches, teams will be assigned to one of the 3 finals. For example:` 60 teams First 16 teams play the pro category Number will play the semi pro category will play the amateur category Swiss system In the qualification rounds we will play following the swiss system. Example: If you lose your first game, you re next game will be against an opponent who ve also lost their first game. If you lose your second game, your next game will be against an opponent who ve also lost 2 games. The first round is open, the computer can draw every other team competing that day. Qualification rounds In the qualification rounds you will play the best of 3 games, games are played to 5 goals. If the score is 1-1 in games, the final game must be won by a 2 goals difference with a maximum of 8 goals. Single KO stage This counts for each category. At this stage of the tournament we will play best of 5 sets, so you must win 3 sets to win the game. If it s 2-2 in sets the final set must be won by a 2 goals difference with a maximum of 8 goals. The matches will be fixed according to the teams ranking after qualifying. For example: If you enter the pro category as number 16, you will play against the number 1 (if there are 16 teams in the pro category). If you enter the semi pro category as number 17, you will play against the number 32 of the semi pro category. Female, Senoir, Junior & Disabled categories If 8 teams or more teams in one of these categories are registered, we will offer special KO stages in these categories on top of the open categories KO stages. Bonus DYP tournament The players who are eliminated during the knoch- out fase of the main tournament can enter a monster- DYP event. The qualification fase of monster- DYP stops when the last half final- match of the open category ends. As a warm- up event of the open doubles finals the final of the Monster- DYP will be played in the finals area between a team of the highest placed male & female and a team of the second highest placed male & female. 2

This is the official ITSF competion table. We have one main table for finals and other great matches. There will be some practice tables for free play. 5 Registration fee The registration fee allows you to compete the whole day and includes the fee for the DYP. Normal rate: 20 euro s per person Early bird*: 15 euro s per person. Juniors (Born in 1996 or later): 50% fee reduction Payments can be made either in cash or by a banktransfer to Club Foos, account: NL35RABO , please stated Amsterdam Pro tour name(s) of player. * Earlybird fee applies to persons paying the fee before the 1st of December After this deadline players pay the normal rate.
