2 PRESENTATION The French club «LE BABY- FOOT ASSOCIATIF DU BAS-RHIN» and the city of Hoenheim, are glad to invite you to participate in their 13th edition of the International Tournament, sanctioned as CNFT1 and ITSF Master Series. This year 9 competitions will be organized : - Mixed Doubles - Open Doubles - Men Singles - Junior Doubles - Junior Singles - Women Doubles - Women Singles - Senior Doubles - Senior Singles The tournament will take place as previous years at the following venue: Hall des Sports 1, rue du Stade HOENHEIM Page1

3 REGISTRATION The FFFT license, valid for season 2018/2019 is mandatory to participate in CNFT tournaments. Registration for CNFT tournaments will be only taken via FAST extranet (please contact your club or your national federation who has to do so). Registration deadline is fixed on Monday, February 11th, After this date, registration will be with additional charge (+50%). Specific conditions for foreign players: Foreign players will be able to participate in CNFT tournament, only if they have an ITSF license from their national federation. If you want to pay on site, please inform the organizer before February 11 in order to avoid additional cost. Registration fee per player and per competition for Open Doubles and Men Singles is: Pro Elite / Elite Players 40 Séries A and B Players 30 Séries C Players 20 Referee and organizational costs are included in this amount. WOMEN and SENIOR Registration fee in those events will be 20 euros per player and per competition (singles and doubles) JUNIOR Registration fee free for Junior ATTENTION for WOMEN/SENIOR/JUNIOR : the player who wants to participate at the Open Doubles or Men Singles competitions will not be able to participate at the competitions of his category. Women are not allowed to play Men Singles. NB: The categories Junior (junior and cadet) and Veteran can apply for over-ranking or under-ranking (respectively) to register for the Men's Singles competition. The request for exemption must be made directly to the sports commission. The validation criterion for the junior category is as follows: to be in the top 100 of the GC (General Classification) or the top 10 of the Combined Ranking Junior at the time of the request. There is no criterion for veterans. If the application is validated, the participant can only register in one of the two categories (Single Junior / Veteran or Single Men). 4 TOURNAMENT OPEN DOUBLES QUALIFICATI ON PHASE (SWISS SYSTEM) Start at 12H00 Saturday. The first round is drawn at random but includes seeded players as the following: - 50 % of teams will be protected in the 1st round according to FFFT ranking - 25% of teams will be protected in the 2nd round according to FFFT ranking. For the following rounds, the software draws the first of the ranking against the next in the ranking who wasn t an opponent until then. The number of rounds will be determined on the day of the tournament, regarding the number of registered teams (minimum : 5 rounds maximum : 8 rounds). The winner will announce his/her victory at the tournament desk (no score required) or both teams in case of tie. (the first to 8 is the winner; 7-7 Tie) ELIMINATI ON PHASE 100% players will be qualified into 2 divisions: - Division "Pro": the first 64 of qualification ranking - Division "Semi-Pro": the following 64 of qualification ranking Players in Pro division will play for the win of the tournament; the other players (Semi-Pro) will play for the ranking. JUNIOR/WOMEN/SENIOR - DOUBLES QUALIFICATION PHASE (SWISS SYSTEM) Start at 13H00 Saturday The number of rounds will be determined on the day of the tournament, regarding the number of registered teams (minimum : 5 rounds maximum : 8 rounds). The winner will announce his/her victory at the tournament desk (no score required) or both teams in case of tie. (the first to 8 is the winner; 7-7 Tie) ELIMINATION PHASE 100% players will be qualified MIXED DOUBLES QUALIFICATION PHASE Start at 9h00 Saturday for Mixed Doubles. There will be 4 games to 7 points. 5 MEN SINGLES QUALIFICATION PHASE Start at 9h00 Sunday for Men Singles. There will be 6 games to 7 points. ELIMINATION PHASE 80% players will be qualified. JUNIOR/WOMEN/SENIOR - SINGLES QUALIFICATION PHASE Start at 9h30 Sunday. There will be 6 games to 7 points. ELIMINATION PHASE 100% players will be qualified PRIZE MONEY Top 3 in each event will receive trophy or medal.
