Package: Package fee covers entry for one singles match and one doubles match, the Sunday Night Dinner Dance, courtside refreshments and balls for all matches. Social participants (non-playing) $ This covers all social functions and the Sunday Night Dinner Dance (see separate application). Entries: All players must submit entry form and fees to your own club. BOX BEACHWOOD, OH PHONE ( ) Kevin Strickland Entries and fees from each club must be postmarked on or before AUGUST 19, Players are limited to two events, one singles and one doubles or two doubles; one doubles must be mixed. All events must have a minimum of eight participants or you will be moved to the next lowest event. Players who have won any of the Class B events are not eligible to participate in those events. There will be a $5.00 fee per person, per day, if indoor court time is needed due to inclement weather -- Medical Mutual Tennis Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH. Eligibility: Tournament Format: Players must be current financial members of one of the Tri-City Clubs (Forest City Tennis Club, Motor City Tennis Club or Chicago Prairie Tennis Club). Verification of Membership maybe requested. All matches, unless otherwise stated, will be the best of three sets, scored under the no-ad system, until the quarter finals of the draw. A twelve (12) point tiebreaker will be played when any set reaches six (6) all. There will be a thirty minute default time on the first day of play, fifteen minute default after the first day. Players, who have not reported ready for play after the match is called, will be defaulted.

3 DRAW: Draw will be held Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 8:00 PM. Club s Captains should send seeding and ranking information with entries.
