Upon making contact with the complainant he stated someone entered the fenced in area during the night and cut the gates leading into the dog kennels. Three dogs were taken. On 8/08/2012 at 1100 hours, I made telephone contact with a female complainant in reference to Criminal Mischief. Some time between 2200 hours on 8/07/2012 and 0625 hours on 8/08/2012, an unknown suspect(s) struck the complainant`s mailbox with a vehicle. According to the complainant, the vehicle struck the mailbox with such force that it was laying on the intersecting street located to the east of the residence. The complainant resides in the 1400 block of West Moore Street. The red Chevrolet struck the gray GMC twice. The complainant advised that someone used his credit card without his consent. Dispatch advised ANGEL HERNANDEZ was attempting to obtain a controlled substance with a forged prescription. Police arrived and detained HERNANDEZ. It was determined HERNANDEZ changed the number of refills on the written prescription to obtain more medication than he was prescribed. The owner had parked the vehicle in the parking lot, but failed to remove the billfold sitting in the front seat. When the owner returned to the vehicle she discovered the left rear window had been broken out and the billfold stolen. She showed to have at least one previous conviction for the offense of Driving While License Invalid (DWLI). Ofc Caver placed Dutton under arrest for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction. [08/08/ :54, MICHAELY, 83] Young 161 ON Michael Young conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 Blk of east Hwy 82. During this stop the passenger was seen eating marijuana. [08/08/ :02, MICHAELY, 83] Young 161 ON Offier Michael Young conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 Blk of east Hwy 82. During this stop the driver Reginald Tarver showed not to have a driver`s license. As Young approached the vehicle he observed the passenger Isiah Lee eating marijuana. [08/08/ :13, TYLERH, 167] HALTER236 *56078* *56075* On , I, Halter #236, was dispatched to a disturbance in the 300 block of N 1417 FM. CHADWICK GLAND was found inside an apartment and extremely intoxicated. GLAND was the primary source of the aforementioned disturbance in the parking lot. GLAND was no longer welcome in the apartment he was in and made comments about driving his vehicle away. GLAND was arrested for and transported to the Grayson County Jail. Juvenile *56080*

A check located that it was documented on his Texas ID that his driving privileges were currently suspended. Bowen had at least one previous conviction for Driving While License Invalid (DWLI). Ofc Caver placed Bowen under arrest for DWLI w/previous Conviction. He was transported to the Grayson County Jail Birch, Kathleen D. The caller stated she left her wallet lying on the counter at a convenience store. She walked outside and forgot the wallet. A short time later, she went in and her wallet was gone. It is unknown who may have taken the wallet and in-store video was not available at the time. Ofc Emerson arrived at 2248 hrs and located Charles Watson walking around the apartment complex intoxicated. Watson admitted to drinking and was arrested for. At 2311 hrs Watson was transported to the Grayson County Jail. The caller said she was assaulted by her husband on and on The suspect left the residence prior to police arrival. The caller had visible injuries consistent with her story. [08/09/ :57, STEVEN, 70] Northington 159 On 08/09/12 at 0102 hours, I Northington 159 stopped a silver passenger car in the 3000 block of N Hwy 75 for having a white light shining to the rear of the vehicle. I requested consent to search the vehicle which the driver / owner refused. Young conducted an open air search around the vehicle using his canine partner. Young`s canine alerted to the presence of illegal drugs in the vehicle. A search of the driver yield a marijuana cigarette. The driver was *56086*
