THEFT--BICYCLE : (ATTEMPT) CHAPMAN UNIVERSITY : PERIMETER : PARTRIDGE DANCE STUDIO 7/7/ Incident Occurred Between: 7/7/ and 7/7/ DR CLEARED BY ARREST A subject attempted to take a bicycle from the bike rack. DPS and OPD responded and arrested the subject.
