A significantly intoxicated underage non-ust affiliated individual was sent home with a sober caregiver. PP 01/01/ /01/ Public Safety reported a suspicious odor in Brady Residence Hall. A UST student was found to have smoked cigarettes in his residence in violation of residential policy. 01/03/ /03/ Public Safety assisted Residence Life with an odor of marijuana in Cretin Residence Hall. A UST student and a non-affiliated individual possessed marijuana and related paraphernalia, and a third non-affiliated underage individual consumed alcohol. 1 DLV 01/04/ /04/ Public Safety reported suspicious activity on the 2000 block of Selby Avenue. The Police Department reported one unidentified male had his vehicle stolen by an unidentified female. Public Safety documented loitering with intent to buy/sell narcotics at 9 th Street and Hawthorne Avenue. The Police Department reported a non-ust affiliated suspect was cited. Public Safety documented a motor vehicle theft on the 600 block of Hennepin Avenue. The Police Department reported an unidentified victim s vehicle was stolen. Public Safety and Residence Life responded to a liquor law violation in Ireland Residence Hall. Four underage UST students and an underage non-affiliated person were found to have consumed alcohol. Public Safety reported lewd conduct in LOT O. Two unidentified individuals engaged in sexual activity in a parked vehicle refused to identify themselves to officers and left campus. Public Safety reported an intoxicated person outside of Opus Hall. An intoxicated non-ust affiliated individual of legal age was sent home by taxi. Public Safety and SPPD responded to a vehicle accident at Cretin and Grand Avenues. A UST employee collided with a non-affiliated individual, rendering both vehicles inoperable, and one of the passengers suffered a cut to her leg. Public Safety responded to disorderly conduct in Schulze Hall. Two non-ust affiliated suspects arguing in SCH, who were uncooperative and aggressive with officers, were trespassed from campus. Public Safety, SPPD and SPFD Medics responded to a drug overdose in Brady Residence Hall. A UST student was transported by Medics to an area hospital for further medical attention, and an unaffiliated individual was arrested by SPPD. Public Safety reported suspicious activity in Terrence Murphy Hall. Two non-ust affiliated individuals, claiming to look for a business that does not exist at UST, were identified by officers and trespassed from campus. Public Safety and HCMC Medics responded to a medical in the School of Law. A UST student experiencing severe abdominal pain was transported to an area hospital for further medical attention. Public Safety documented a theft from Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. A UST student reported his unattended laptop was stolen from an unsecured locker room. Public Safety documented a liquor law violation on the 2100 block of Summit Avenue. An underage intoxicated UST student, who fled from officers, was sent home with a parent. Two smoldering hookah coals were found on a burner in the fourth floor communal kitchen. Public Safety and Residence Life responded to a liquor law violation in Brady Residence Hall. Four underage students and an underage guest consumed alcohol, and two of the individuals were also sent home with sober caregivers. Public Safety documented a neighbor complaint on the 1900 block of Lincoln Avenue. A UST neighbor reported that a damaged lawn chair had been thrown in his yard. 01/10/ /10/ /10/ /10/ /11/ Public Safety documented a hit and run in LOT V. A UST student reported his parked vehicle was struck, causing minor damage to the driver s side panel. Public Safety and the Police Department responded to a noise complaint on the 1800 block of Carroll Avenue. SPPD made contact with an address on the block and advised the residents to keep the noise to a minimum. Public Safety and Residence Life responded to an odor of marijuana in Ireland Residence Hall. Four underage students and two underage guests consumed alcohol, and one of the students also possessed marijuana related paraphernalia. Public Safety reported a liquor law violation in the upper quad. A student, found to have consumed alcohol and who was in possession of a fraudulent drivers' license, was sent off campus with a sober caregiver. Public Safety and Residence Life responded to a liquor law violation in 2151 Grand Avenue. Two underage students were found to have consumed and possessed alcohol. The employee, who was trying to contact a student at an off campus location, later reported the student was reached by phone and was okay. Public Safety assisted the Sioux Falls Police Department with an investigation in the Morrison Hall Public Safety Office. Public Safety and Residence Life responded to an odor of marijuana in Dowling Residence Hall. A UST student and guest admitted using marijuana in her residence, and the guest also possessed marijuana and related paraphernalia. 12/27/2014 Public Safety documented a vehicle accident at an off campus location in. A UST student reported she struck a street sign with a UST vehicle, damaging the passenger side mirror Public Safety documented damage to property in Anderson Student Center. A UST employee reported water leaked from the fourth floor to the third floor as a result of a UST vendor cleaning industrial vents. Public Safety responded to a medical in Cretin Residence Hall. A UST student who was feeling ill was assisted by officers and declined further medical attention. Public Safety and Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in O'Shaughnessy Science Hall. A UST student who experienced a seizure was taken by a family member to an area medical facility for further attention. Public Safety and Residence Life assisted a UST parent with a welfare check in Ireland Residence Hall. The parent's student was located in his residence and was safe. Public Safety and Police Department responded to a trespass violation in Opus Hall. Public Safety and the Police Department responded to an intoxicated person at Marshall and Otis Avenues. An intoxicated UST student of legal age was taken into custody and escorted out of the area by SPPD. Public Safety documented a theft on the 800 block of Nicollet Mall. The Police Department reported an unknown suspect stole an unidentified victim's phone. Public Safety reported disorderly conduct in Terrence Murphy Hall. A non-ust affiliated individual, who was aggressive towards officers, was trespassed and escorted from campus. Public Safety and Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in Anderson Athletic and Recreational Complex. A UST student experiencing severe abdominal pain was transported by Medics to an area hospital. Public Safety documented a medical that occurred on a study abroad program in London. A UST employee reported a student who fell ill on the program required hospitalization. Public Safety and the Fire Department responded to a smoke alarm in Terrence Murphy Hall. Water leaking from Food For Thought damaged several pieces of electrical equipment in a lower level server room. Public Safety responded to property damage in 2085 Grand Avenue. A non-ust affiliated individual, who was refusing to leave and then threatened to harm himself, was transported to an area hospital. Public Safety reported a policy violation in Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. Multiple non-affiliated individuals were found to have gained unauthorized access to secured areas within ARC. Public Safety documented a theft in Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. An ARC staff member reported a former UST student reported his cellphone was stolen. Public Safety and Res Life responded to an odor of marijuana in Brady Residence Hall. Four UST students were referred for discipline by Student Affairs for drug law violations. Public Safety documented a medical at the Morrison Hall Public Safety Office. A UST employee reported she fell and injured her knee while at work, but did not require medical attention. Public Safety responded to suspicious activity in Cretin Residence Hall. An underage UST student, three underage non-ust affiliated individuals and one juvenile individual were found to have consumed alcohol. A UST professor reported he received a suspicious from a person he did not know. Public Safety documented a theft in Anderson Student Center. A UST employee reported three pieces of unsecured holiday decorations were stolen from the third floor of ASC. Public Safety documented a disturbance that occurred on a study abroad program in Rome. A UST employee reported an unidentified intoxicated individual was disorderly towards students outside of the hotel the group was staying at. Public Safety documented a medical in O'Shaughnessy Educational Center. A UST employee reported she slipped and fell entering OEC and injured her knee, but did not require any medical attention. A UST employee experiencing chest pains was transported to an area hospital for further medical attention. Public Safety responded to a liquor law violation on the 2100 block of Summit Avenue. A UST student reported a second student a struck his parked vehicle with a car door, causing minor damage to his vehicle. Public Safety documented a burglary on the 2100 block of Goodrich Avenue. The Saint Paul Police Department reported that a residence on the block was burglarized. Public Safety documented a burglary on the 2000 block of Fairmount Avenue. The Police Department reported a residence on the block was burglarized. Public Safety reported public urination on the Lower Quad. A UST student and a non-affiliated individual urinating on a tree were identified by officers. Public Safety responded to suspicious activity outside of Opus Hall. Three unidentified individuals, consuming alcohol and smoking suspected marijuana in the lobby outside of MOH, left the area upon being approached by an officer. Public Safety documented property damage on O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center. Black spray paint graffiti was found on the west exterior of the building. The Police Department reported a suspect, trespassing at a business on the block, was arrested for possession of a BB gun and outstanding warrants. Public Safety assisted Residence Life with suspicious activity in Brady Residence Hall. A report of an odor of burning tobacco on the third floor could not be verified upon check of the area. Public Safety reported suspicious activity in Brady Residence Hall. An abandoned and damaged futon, found on the sixth floor, was disposed of. Public Safety and Residence Life responded to a liquor law violation in Brady Residence Hall. Two underage UST students were found to have consumed alcohol. Public Safety documented a theft on the 100 block of 8th Street South. The Police Department reported an unidentified victim's wallet was stolen.
