5 MEET THE STAFF AT ARMA March 2018 NI MADE SUCITAWATI Captured by Saras ARMA is one of big property that located in Jl. Raya Pengosekan Ubud. In ARMA, we have museum, resort, cafe, book shop, coffee shop, boutique, open air stage, semi outdoor building (wantilan water garden) and also large beautiful garden. The coffee shop and boutique are built within the same building. In the picture above is Ni Made Sucitawati, a waitress in the coffee shop (Warung Kopi) right now. She has joined in March 2013 as a boutique staff then she promoted to be a waitress some months ago. How to handle the guests during peak season is a challenging for her but so far, she did it well. She said, "I have learned many things here, especially about museum. Have good friends is what make me comfortable in ARMA and the best wishes for ARMA in the future." 6 RECENT HAPPENINGS AT ARMA March 2018 Captured by Hasta Putra PIODALAN According to Balinese calendar system, we celebrate "Piodalan" (Balinese ceremony) every 6 months or 210 days (1 month in the Balinese calendar is 35 days). The last day of February, we celebrated "Piodalan" in the temples of ARMA, located in villa and museum garden. We prayed for the God of prosperity, Sri Rambut Sedana. All staffs and the owner attended the ceremony. We prayed together for the peace of the world. We wish, this culture can be preserved by our next generations. 05

Total number of participants was 62 persons and divided into 8 groups to do 3 workshops such us making gebogan, making penjor and painting on the Balinese umbrellas. They were very excited to complete their task at the time settled by a team builder including arranging a short performance to perform at the dinner section in another venue.
