4 Agreed This application must be accompanied by a nonrefundable application and permit fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for a noncommercial parade; or a nonrefundable permit fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for commercial parades. Applicant(s) and/or sponsor(s) may be held financially responsible for any and all street barricades, traffic cones, or other traffic control devices distributed to the street closure sites by City staff in conjunction with this parade for the purpose of securing the event area. Replacement cost of street barricade issued but not returned = $38.00 each. Replacement cost of traffic cone issued but not returned = $14.00 each. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that all information contained in this application is true and correct under penalty of law. I, the undersigned, agree to comply with the City Code of Ordinances, including, but not limited to, Chapter 17, sections 17-1 through 17-14, and all other applicable laws. I understand that, based on the City Code of Ordinances, the Police Chief may, in the public interest, place reasonable conditions on any such permit relating to the time, place or manner of conduct of the parade, and that the permit may be suspended or revoked, among other things, for violation of such conditions.
