4 INFORMATIONS FROM A - Z ACCESSIBLE ALLIANZ ARENA The Allianz Arena in Munich-Fröttmaning was specifically designed to allow mobility-impaired visitors to enjoy their stay at the Arena. Building on the experience and observations of previous visitors, the Allianz Arena has become a milestone project in giving every fan the experience of a lifetime. More information you find here: ANIMALS Please note, those animals are not allowed in the stadium. CALENDAR FOR MATCHDAY The calendar for match day is public at the beginning of the year. Scheduling of match days are performed 4 6 weeks beforehand. The season schedule appears in July. Events can only take place at non match days. CATERING Arena One is the trusted partner for comprehensive hospitality services. We assist our clients in the planning, organizing and realization of all types of sport, business and cultural events of every type and size. We stage hospitality as an experience: at sports stadiums and exclusive VIP events, in staff restaurants and the trendiest locations in Germany and world-wide. Intelligent Hospitality is for Arena One highest commitment and the best quality. We use our extensive experience and top-class service skills every day for all customers. Since 2014 Arena One GmbH belongs to international DO&CO AG. In the Allianz Arena exists the two brands Arena One GmbH and DO&CO AG. The public areas meaning kiosk, fan-meetings and guided tours presents the brand Arena One. The international premium brand DO & CO is present at the VIP area by home games of FC Bayern München and events at non match days. Catering must be order from DO & CO; the reason is that DO & CO is the exclusive hospitality partner and caterer of Allianz Arena. Guests are prohibited from order catering of an extern suppliers or brining food and beverages into the Arena. Please note that we publish a new banquet folder every season. If required, we offer you an individual buffet or menu recommendation

5 INFORMATIONEN VON A - Z DELIVERIES AND POSTAGE You can send us your packages and deliveries up to three days in advance to your event. Our goods receiving department is open from Monday to Friday, a.m a.m. Please observe the following requirements: - All deliveries must be clearly addressed as follows: Arena One GmbH - Allianz Arena Warenannahme Date of the event: xxx Organising Company: xxx Function Room: xxx Werner-Heisenberg-Allee Munich - Please inform us in advance how many packages you will be sending and when. - We are not liable for any material or items which are left unattended in the function rooms - The organiser is solely responsible for picking up all material and packages after the event. All deliveries are kept for your disposal in Arena One s Goods receiving department. - Pleased inform us, when you want to pick up your goods after the event. We will need the exact date and time, as well as the number of packages you will be picking up, latest 2 days after your event. DIRECTIONS Access by car to your events is via the special entry gate S0/S1, if you are travelling by underground, you can enter the stadium at the service gate point. The special entry gate is staffed and opened 24hrs, the service-point has turnpikes with a bell. We will prepare a full guest list with all the names of your participants and the company name, our security staff will give you access, when you provide them with the correct names. One you are inside the stadium, please follow the signs to the Welcome Zone West, the central access to all event areas. We will also send you a detailed access map to the stadium in advance; please do not forget to send it to your guests. EXTERN SUPPLIERS We are happy to ask our service providers for extra services for your event, such as flowers, decoration and technical equipment. We will attach their offers with our Arena One proposal. If you prefer your own suppliers, please inform us beforehand. Should you book an external technical supplier, we are planning with an intern technical master for events to monitor compliance of the stadium company

6 INFORMATIONEN VON A - Z FC BAYERN ERLEBNISWELT The FC Bayern Erlebniswelt is designed to create a live club experience for all visitors. Differently than in any other classical football museum, not only numerous prominent exhibits are in the focus of the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt, for example many trophies, footwear and tricots of the famous Bavarian football stars from today and former times, it is also a demonstration of the 114-year-old history of one of the most famous and most successful clubs in Europe. The history is presented with an expressive mixture of information, emotion and interaction. Goosebumps are guaranteed to all fans, when they discover and they experience some of the most moving and important moments of the club. The FC Bayern Erlebniswelt is open every day from am pm; last admittance is at 05:15 pm. FC BAYERN MEGASTORE FAN SHOP The FC Bayern Megastore is located in the 3. Level at the Allianz Arena. At more than square meters you can find a wired variety of red-white fan articles. Among other things you have the choice between original jerseys, articles for kids and babies or products of the mascot Berni. Opening hours: daily am pm (not on match days) During events there is the possibility to open a FC Bayern fan shop at the VIP area (level 3/4/5). If you are interested, we will give you detail information. FINAL NUMBERS OF GUESTS We need the final figures latest 5 days prior to the (first day) of your event. We will offer your different opportunities with our partners to loosen your event. Fun-Packages for example: - Casino Night (Poker, Black Jack, Roulette und Craps) - Dinner Games (table golf, cake table tennis) - Soccer World (table football XXL, Kick-O-Mania, human kicker) The implementation largely depended on the event location. We will be happy to check the availabilities for you

8 INFORMATIONEN VON A - Z INSURANCE Depending on the size of your event, we strongly recommend to conclude third party liability insurance for your event. MANTLING AND DISMANTLING Please inform us on your time schedule for mantling and dismantling, we need to coordinate these plans together. Larger events require a handover of all areas and function rooms, before and after the event. If there is set-up or dismantling days, these will be charged with 50 % of the day room rent. The set-up the day before is free of charge for 2 hours if the room is not used otherwise. We are pleased to define the time with you individually. If you are going to plan the setup with an external contractor, please kindly note that we need to order a steward for supervision the setup. Please note that floor plans need to release from our site. PARKING Once inside the stadium circuit, your guests can park in the parking lot S1, situated right after the entrance gate. You will not need a parking ticket, as access is only via the manned gate. SHUTTLE SERVICE Do you always wanted to go by the official team bus of FC Bayern München? Are you still looking for an exclusive way to transport your guests comfortably to the arena? We help you, to realize the transportation of your guests, whether with a bus or a saloon. Gladly we transmit to you the individual offer of our external suppliers. For this we charge handlings fee. SIDEVISIT We strongly advise you to visit the site when planning your event here to understand the access and walkways to your function rooms. We are happy to show you around, please call us for an appointment. Gladly we are able to invite our extern suppliers as technicians or florists. With the 360 link at the Allianz Arena web side you can additional explore our premises: SIGNAGE OF YOUR EVENT We will place signposts with your company- or event logo directly from the entrance point Welcome Zone West. Please send us your logo in jpg format. Of course you can also fix your own signage, but please inform us in advance. There a few points to take into consideration, for example fixing signage on walls, floors and ceilings are not allowed, only on self-carrying devices. Also please note that is strictly prohibited to obstruct the emergency exits in any way

Join us on one of the range of stadium tours operated by Arena One and discover one of the world s finest stadiums for yourself. Our tours offer both individual visitors and group a fascinating and comprehensive introduction to the Allianz Arena. More detailed information can be found in the framework program portfolio. STUFF The final number of service staff depends on the kind and order of courses for your event, as well as on the spatial facts and your actual guest numbers. Please note, that the minimum working time of our service staff is 4 hours. The time for set-up and dismantling will be charged as working hours. SUMMER BREAK We will use the seasonal summer break (May July) for modification and conversions. This modification might cause some construction noise and potential barrier. In this case we will informant you timeliness. VIP TICKETS FOR FC BAYERN MÜNCHEN HOME GAMES You or your guests will experience an unforgettable day? Than watching Bayern Munich in a special, privileged environment at our both VIP Lounges: DO & CO Lounge and Executive Lounge. We offer you an exclusive personal support inclusive catering, up to two hours before the starting whistle and two hours after the ending whistle in combination with first class seats at the stadium. Your guests can offer taxis at the reception. The waiting period is round about 5 10 minutes. The Welcome Zone West also converse as phone central and treasure trove. W-LAN The free WLAN is available for use in the Allianz Arena. The speed is 45 Mbit
